Normally, this Subway is really good. The stuff not so friendly, but they get the food right. This last time, the meats looked old, and I have yet to see the slicer in action (I don't care, but I'm sure some people do). I go here often and although it's usually busy and normally one guy working he is is effective and efficient and my food is good. I can't say that this time, maybe they were new. I just didn't enjoy the food and it looked old. Like it was sitting out for awhile uncovered (it was brownish grey).
They didn't heat up the bacon on my blt because I didn't order it

The bathrooms are incredibly dirty, and one of the bathrooms has been out of toilet paper for 3 days... This lack of attention makes me question the sanitation of other areas, ie. the kitchen.

Went into the shop where our local shop go there all the time and there were three employees no one was in the store me and my boyfriend went to get sandwiches they were working on a large online order but they told us that it would be a while because you know customer service doesn't exist anymore and when we were leaving the guys behind the counter were very rude and making gestures at us this place is not usually like this and I'm not sure what happened but there is customer service. There should be customer service you people need to fix this we walked in to get a sandwich we're customers and you're working on 20 sandwiches for not only order and the lady that was cleaning could have stopped and made a sandwiches what in the world is wrong with everybody these days this place is not a place I would go to anymore .

food is better than the average subway and the service is far better. an employee named Sabrina was very understanding and helpful when i realized i left my card at home, and i appreciate that kind of service.

This place is not terrible and yes they were busy, but when I can look over and see that the cucumbers are no longer crisp and are going bad. Or the lettuce is mainly white and wilted, the freshness is called into question.Two other points, the staff making the sandwiches should listen to the customer's full response before trying to guess and make 'something.' In my case it would have saved them from having to re-cut a new roll.Lastly, very minor but the lids for the cups didn't fit. ?
