There was only one other customer at subway was when I walked in and they just started her order. I got in line and proceeded to just stand there like an idiot for the next 15-20 minutes, for nothing. Two young guys were seemingly very busy with online orders, but they never said a single word to me. They should have told me something like "hey welcome, just so you know there's a bit of a wait, we can help you in 20 minutes, maybe" but I didn't know so I just kept standing there feeling silly and ignored. I feel like they should try to take care of standing customers a little faster. I chose fast food because my blood sugar was low and the standing made me feel even worse. I was ignored long enough and finally just walked out, and I feel like maybe that's what they wanted me to do.When I tell you I almost cried...Low blood sugar is not fun.Being ignored is bad too.

I went there during the Bronco game on 9-17-2023. The two young men working were the most rude, inconsiderate people I’ve ever encountered. When I asked to have the buns toasted prior to any meat or condiments put on it was such an inconvenience for them. One young man started slamming the bacon and veggies on the sandwiches. I guess having a special order during the game was just to much to ask for. When I was done paying they both went around the corner and were mocking me. I will never be back to this store again. To many other places to get take out that probably appreciates my business.

Absolutely the most bizarre experience I've ever had in a subway or really anywhere for that matter. I walk in, I'm the only customer and there are 2 employees working. One is a younger high school aged kid and the other one was in his 40's. I only know that because the 40 something told me very quickly he was in his 40's. The 40 year old guys just starts ranting absolutely crazy stuff from the moment I walk in the door. I think he though he was being funny, but it was the most uncomfortable experience of my life. Guy making my sandwich is talking a mile a minute something about squirrels and his grandma and Apple Jacks. I had to interrupt him several times to correct him about how he is making the wrong sandwich. He remakes it all the while talking like a complete crazy person. I thought maybe he was mentally handicapped so I didn't want to make a big deal. Then when he kind of has the sand which right he hands it to the high school kid to put in the toaster and the kids immediately drops it in the floor. Other guy starts remaking it AGAIN still while talking completely crazy talk all I can do is sort of laugh along. I was dying inside and all I wanted was to leave with a sandwich. Finally I get rung up and this crazy guy talking about the only "N" word he knows is Neigbor. I hustle out if there and laugh in my car and watch that poor high school kid inside still having to deal with the most insane person ever. If this review sounds all over the place and crazy just imagine how my actual experience was. If you are the owner of this location I highly recommend you watch the cameras from 11/22/22 right around 7:45pm and you can confirm for yourself this absolute batshit encounter. When I got home the sandwich was still missing turkey... good lord never again. Drugs are bad kids.
We just stopped in for lunch for the kids. Zack was absolutely phenomenal, he was great with the kids and made it a fun experience. Zack was personable and shared some insights on local places when asked!

Staff is always friendly. Staff does seem to be a bit quiet but not in a rude way. Never had an issue and come quite frequently! They always swap out the veggies for me when it's near the bottom too without asking which is very nice!
