I was at this subway ordering for 2 people including myself and when I got to ordering she got my sandwich right but did not toast it wich was fine but then it got to the other order she put ham and tuna on the sandwich when I didn’t even order ham on a tuna sandwich. And she did not even have a hair net on so there was hair in my food and my friend eventually had to go back in and get a different sandwich but the woman started arguing with my friend and the lady blamed me for everything that went wrong and said that I am crazy. The lady gave herself a tip and charged us for large drinks when we just got small drinks and she charged $4.00 for the ham on the sandwich that we did not want ham on we just wanted tuna. Therefore 10/10 do NOT recommend.

Went there the other evening and the first thing employee said was do you hand an online order. I said no i want to order now. The kid said well it’s going to be a while I have online orders to fill. He was the only one there. Good bye. Left and went to firehouse.

Had sandwiches made online, so I can quickly pick it up. The sandwiches made, barley had any ingredients, also having no mustard and soaked in mayo. It was late so I tried to call multiple times, no answer. Can in the next day to talk to manager about it and she didn’t help at all. Said he was busy, but when I walked in no one was there! I get sandwiches all the time and it’s sad that she just said there’s nothing I can do for you. I guess costumer service doesn’t matter anymore.

I ordered regular bread, was given toasted. I ordered no onion, but was still there. They simply don’t even take a look at the special instructions. So why put custom build option and special instructions in the app?

Older gentlemen with an accent working there seems nice. However making the sandwich meat kept falling out of his hands and off the ckean board onto the counter and he kept just picking it up and puting it back in the sub. Lady with an accent is obnoxious and has zero respect. She is pushy, angry and has no idea what customer service is. Who hires these people? Or are they the owners? If so that is even worse! Stay away!

Love the sandwiches but service sucks it’s was no one on line stand witting to order the guy was making 3 sandwiches Togo I never seen a person working so slow I witted for abut 10 minutes so I just walked out even the person that walked after me left to poorly management

Came here at 5:40 on a Sunday when hours posted say it is open until 7. Maybe it’s closed? Someone needs to update the listing if it is closed for good.

Absolutely horrible store. I showed up 15 minutes before close and was denied service due to “no access to the drawer”. Closing crew member was rude and lazy.

RUDE, disrespectful, lack of professionalism zero to none…….is all I can say , customer service sucks , MAR is her name …..is not meant for customer service for basically ANY contact with people, she has a attitude that this owner should be ashamed of, I think Aurora is better suited for her , somewhere where she’s not held accountable…. Lone Tree isn’t the place for “thugs” ! As a business owner myself can’t believe kathie the owner would except this , I’ve patronize this subway more then “8” times and every time I’ve encountered “MAR” she’s is rude , unprofessional, disrespectful and more then allOf this …. She had no problem cussing myself and my daughter out with her little blonde partner (owner’s granddaughter) will not be back and will let everyone I know not to patronize this subway as well !!

Place does not open at 0800 despite sign displaying it's "open" and online time stating it's open. Unfortunately walked up to the door two separate times, was seen by an employee, and the store remained closed.
