I ordered uber and yall forgot my sauces and to toast my sandwich. Almost killed me cause there was onion and bellpeppers on my sandwich which I'm very allergic to. Get it together. I tried calling to fix it and yall just hung up on me.

This subway is terrible. Customer service was the worst I’ve had. I placed an online order, subway took my money. Then when going to pick it up they said they didn’t have my order. I showed my receipt and that subway had charged my account. They continued to basically tell me too bad. They would not contact a manger or do anything. Extremely frustrating and will not return. Both employees should be fired and we will not be returning to that subway again

There is currently a mentally unstable women working at this location. She screamed at me because she gave my order to someone else and she threw bacon at my mom. She refused to give a refund or make my order, which is essentially theft. She preferred yelling even though there was an entire line of customers waiting.

Hostile environment. Staff was rude I'll go to a different location for future purchases.....
This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Subway. There were 5 ppl working and it took my husband and I 20 minutes to get our sandwiches with only 2 ppl in front of us!!!! Absolutely ridiculous, they kept trading ppl out on the line, we asked to hold off on warming ours as everyone else's was just sitting getting cold and the guy who has short curly hair about 5'6" and glasses ignored us and did it anyway!! I have never felt so disrespected and then we verbally said, "hey we asked for you to wait on that," and he ignored us again and looked at the next customer and asked what they wanted. We were ignored, not listened to, not catered to. Absolutely awful service. There was almost a line out the door and all of them were supposed slow! I've never seen 8 sandwiches backed up with 5 ppl working. We have experienced long ridiculous waits before but today was the worst and got treated bad

Overpriced. Veggie 6" is $5.70 here. Only $4.50 at th Subway on Colorado Blvd. That's a %25 higher price which seems off.

Best God damn sandwich I've ever had. The veggies are always fresh it's buss. And can we please give the staff a raise they are so sweet and amazing! So yummy and quick I can't stop thinking about it... Thank you for all of my dinners <3

If you don’t want mobile orders on Friday evenings, simply decline them. It’s unfortunate that you’d chose to be rude to a customer for choosing a valid order option. The staff member chose to take at least a minute to scold me prior to handing me my completed sandwiches. Thankfully there are other options close by.

I usually go during the morning and the older ladies are amazing. I don't know what's up with the night shift they're snails and rude. The lady took 5 minutes just to put turkey on a sandwich. They seem annoyed to have to make a sandwhich.
