I have been to this location before late at night after getting off from work and the treatment from the mean and nasty hispanic lady with tattoos working the drive through is just beyond rude. The last time I came through the drive through was 02/21/24 @ 11:10pm. You can hear the nastiness when she takes your order and upon pulling up to pay......Lord have Mercy!!!! She has to be miserable. She keeps the meanest look on her face and gives off the vibe of a bully. No smile, no warmness, no Hello....She acts like she is disgusted!!!! I mean, this is absolutely ridiculous!!!!! Please remove her from customer service. She scares me.

The store was absolutely filthy. No manager manager on site and the kiosk prices and the menu board prices are incorrect. When asked the cashier had an attitude and argued with the customer.

Ordered some food in the app to pick up and had an issue with Google saying that one location was closed when it was not and could not and still have not been able to contact anybody at the Taco Bell, Belleview location. I am unsure if perhaps the number listed in Google is just incorrect? Have not had any resolve on problems from a week and half ago.

This places gets worse and worse, missing items time and time again. Cold food and cold attitudes from the women behind the counter. No respect is given in this establishment. Walked placed our order at the kiosk. Waited for almost 15 minutes for our food while the crew in the back had a personal conversation about being short staffed and working by themselves. When I asked for our food I was given nothing but attitude from the pregnant manager about what was on our order. When two other customers asked for iced tea she told them she doesn't and won't make it. When we finally got our food we still had to ask for cheese for the chips and cheese. Maybe she needs to start her leave now before her attitude gets the best of her.

It's taco bell ? ... I will say the lunch staff is definitely 100% better then the evening staff when it comes to making food(quality) and service. Day staff deserves 4 stars and night crew gets 2. Daytime manager/crew manager is awsome she deserves a raise.
