The current franchise owner is not currently honoring app orders for the build your own combo meals on the app. This was the last deal left that made taco bell affordable and this location (and the one on wadsworth) is spitting in the face of a large portion of its customer base by doing this.The location itself can be slow but I've usually had decent experiences, but the owner attempting to rip off their customers is what gets a one star review from me

There is a Taco Bell a mile east of here on Wadsworth. Do not go to this one. This one is closer to my house, but we drive to the other one because they actually know what they are doing. we never had a meal here where they did not forget something. When you go into remind them that they forgot something they act angry and give you the side eye.This Taco Bell is not clean. Floors are sticky. Bathrooms are disgusting.

Not coming back here! Totally disrespected I placed my order. Waited for it to be ready. After about 20 minutes. Realized people behind me in line were getting there orders. Went to counter and asked. They never processed my order. After that, I Finally got my food and left.

This is the worst talk about ever they either don't have nothing for your order are you stand at the counter for 10 minutes before anybody that understand you because the other employees are busy in the office on their phones. And by time I get my food cuz I'm sitting there waiting it's cold. Worst absolutely worst Taco Bell ever

Taco bells may have a bad rap but this place is proof of it. Stood at the counter and was ignored for 10 min. Not so much as a "be with you in a sec" nothing. I finally order and some woman just throws my food on the counter and doesn't announce it. Just throws it down and walks away.so several people stand around wonder who's food it is. All of the dine in guests openly talking about how terrible the service is while being ignored by staff. The ownership is a joke. Must be cheap do nothing people to allow such poor service to continue at a place that obviously is poorly run. I would be ashamed if my name were associated with this place.

This taco bell is constantly super slow or not open when it says they should be. According to Google this specific taco bell opens at 7am 3 days in a row I have tried to go through the drive thru at 8:45 I can see workers inside but nobody answers the intercom. When they are there orders are consistently wrong or unbelievably slow

This Taco Bell is out of my way to go. I have 2 much closer, but those can NEVER get an order right. So I go out of my way to go hereNot only is it right in all subs, adds etc. The staff is super nice!!

It's been 20 years since I've been to Taco Bell my burrito combo was just over $10 which compared to all the other fast food places is about the norm now the food I got was the same as it was 20 years ago not very good especially for the money so there's my two cents probably won't be going back just curious to what Taco Bell 2024 was like to be honest Del Tacos a lot better

They forget items frequently. Was served chalupas with uncooked shells so many times that I no longer chalupas. And what is wrong with the SODA. Why do y'all water the soda down here at this location

The food quality is right in line with other taco bell locations that serve a minimum viable product.Don't bother with any modifications or requests in the app, half the time they'll get ignored. Here's a 5-layer burrito (add seasoned rice, and "get it grilled") Speed of service is severely lacking here, which is surprising since they tend to have at least 4-5 on staff and nobody watching the counter.You can also count on an employee being parked in the mobile pickup parking spots at all times.
