With absolutely no disrepect to the employees, but there is a strong language barrier. One of the workers seems to try to do his best, but seems to struggle. Most of the time my order is a little off, but not really worth the trouble unless something of value is not correct. The staff overall are nice.One concern I have, if ordering inside - you may need to wait awhile. The staff are primarily focused on Drive-Thru orders, which is fine - but it would also help if they focused in the dining room as well.
I just ordered what was apparently $25 worth of food (3 soft tacos, 2 chicken soft tacos, nachos and Mexican pizza, no drinks) I get it, all the fast food places have gotten ridiculously expensive. Most of the food looked fine, but then I open this. What was this supposed to be? Honestly I did nothing other than open the bag. There were no other toppings that fell out, just....this.

At the drive-through, the speaker is too far away from the menu. I pulled up to see the menu and I was yelling back at the speaker. So in the end my meal order was incorrect because they couldn’t hear me.

This is actually a KFC and Taco Bell franchise. We had KFC today, the staff were friendly, the food was good and the toilets were clean.Nothing to complain about here and every time we have come we always think is one of the nicer, new looking cleaner venues.

Looks like anyone actaully giving this location 5 stars are actual employees who work there ???? which tells you everything you need to know about the Service and food I love Taco bell and have been eating it 32 year of being alive but when people don't care for their job and even just have a smile of basic customer service skills and want to actually be working and be at their job instead of on their phones listing to music and vapingThe food would actually be to basic Taco Bell Standards which really are not that high beging with but still

The cherry Pepsi I ordered with my food on door dash was the most absurd thing I’ve ever witnessed. I’m legitimately confused. It was warmer than room temp and 100% flat. Where on gods green earth did this liquid manifest from? My life is different now. I’m honestly hoping this soda was prepared by a blind man in his early 90s. It’s really the only explanation I would accept. I wish I could have witnessed the process of this abomination of a beverage. Congrats. I’m officially flabbergasted and everyone knows how much I hate that word.

Ordered over $50 worth of food and they messed up 3 of our items. Had to go back up to the counter 3 times to correct it. To which I was ignored by the teenagers who were to busy talking. We were the only people there! Never order the the steak it was chewy and inedible.

I had a really good experience at this place. The guy taking my order, I think his name is Devin, was the sweetest and best humored guy who actually seemed to care that I got what I needed. 10/10 recommend

I have been eating at Taco Bell off and on since the 1970s. So, I have eaten my share of Taco Bell tacos. I just went to this Taco Bell on South Kipling. I ordered a Taco Party Pack of 12 crunchy tacos. I got home, opened the box and my wife and I dug in. OMG. These were by far the absolute worst tacos I have ever had from any Taco Bell in my entire lifetime. Hardly any of the "meat" filling, lots of lettuce and hardly any cheese. These were basically lettuce tacos. Chances are pretty high that you will get a better taco at any other Taco Bell in Colorado. This particular Taco Bell is one to avoid, unless, of course, you want a lettuce taco. Yech!
