On Tuesday, March 26 at about 1pm we waited for 20 minutes at the entrance door. No one even came up to us to tell us:« Hello folks, please wait for a few minutes and someone will be with you shortly ». It wasn’t overcrowded. They just looked at us and would ignore. Ted’s is a great place to eat at. But such service makes it hard to like this place and eat here regularly.

Beef tasted and was cooked as a leftover on my salad. No seasoning not even salt to enhance taste. Chewy and oversized for a salad. Tomato was so large couldn't cut. Atmosphere is nice. Food sucked especially for the price. I will not be back.

While Ted's isn't Keene's in NYC, you can't beat it for the value. Food is great, wine is accessible and the price makes Ted's one of the great dining values there is. Don't miss a chance to get some bison.

Only good bartender server is the blonde grad student. She's fantastic. The others I am convinced were dropped on head at age 3 months. Organizational skills of zero and paralysis of brain with no memory. Typical 10 mins for First approach.. then wait Fiffteen mins to place order. Ted wonders why people leave starving an hour after walking in. Buyer beware. I'll pause till summer or later. A shame their bar service is so bad. Good joint otherwise! Buyer beware.

Had a 6:30 reservation and wasn’t offered a table by the time we left at 7:00 to eat somewhere else. Several tables seated before our table for four. Zero communication from staff.

Overseasoned and overcooked chicken. Bison brisket was very dry. I’m not much of a chef but I think I could do better back in the kitchen. I’ve been to other teds locations and have to say this was sub par cooking.

Great experience at Ted’s with the family. Food was great and Cameron was the best waiter! He was there for everything we needed and was also helpful with an elderly gentleman seated behind us. Truly an asset to your restaurant business!

We always enjoy eating here. Tonight, we had an order to go, and somehow it was misplaced. They were very apologetic, got our food out quickly, and didn't charge us because of the mistake. We will definitely be back soon!
