Wow, I am in so much shock right now. We have Joe as our agent... not even who was assigned to us. At first it was Beth, well we never heard from her once she was always on a vacation.We purchased a new vehicle in December. This has been a nightmare ever since. First of all Trailstone added a vehicle that we did not even purchase to our policy along with the car we did purchase. Our atumotic payment came out and it was double what it was supposed to be. They couldn't explain how that happened. They told me to go to the bank and place a stop payment on the withdrawal and we would be billed a new amount. Well we did. Then a few days later, we get a notification from the insurance company that we are late on our payment. Apparently we were supposed to call in and make a payment. Then we were told the wrong amount to pay by Joe and we owed $30 more.Now.... this month. The car insurance payment did not come out at all. Since we put a stop payment last month, they blocked the withdrawal. Joe said he didnt know that would happen. So I go to pay and now we owe $37 more due to late fees!!! I was at first quoted $340 right now I'm supposed to pay $417??? I have asked to speak to a different agent or management several times and have been denied and yet to hear from anyone. I will be going to corporate with this until this is finally resolved!

I made my first 5star review before I could get to know the "services" these people provide. I got scammed double of what I could've paid myself to the insurance provider they orginally chose for me. When it came to me having to make a claim, Dave Carruthers didn't help me besides reitterate what the insurance company was already telling me. The more I reached out, the more his coworkers would answer for him. He really shown how little he cared in helping me.Get this- When I reached out to my insurance provide for a quote if I worked directly with them instead of using this scam of a company, my rate was pretty much cut in half!! I went from paying an insurance rate that was MORE THAN MY CAR PAYMENT. To one that was actually reasonable. Between keeping the lights on for this company, paying my insurance, car payment, and gas I was spending upwards near $1000 a month on my car!! Now? I'm spending less than $800 a month on my car for insurance, my payment, and gas. If I didn't use Trailstone, I could've saved possibly over $2000 last year. DO NOT LET THESE "TRUSTED" DAVE RAMSEY ELP SCAMMERS NEAR YOUR POLICIES.Thank you everyone, learn from my lesson.
