The Cashier Michael is a jerk, they delivered my order to another Uber drive and I called that man and he started arguing with me telling me that he had already delivered the order just as it was, he had to give me the order again, and then the drive arrived when it arrived Here he tells me that the cashier Mike was saying bad things about me, I mean, what's wrong, he is there to serve his customers well, VERY BAD CUSTUMER SERVICE people without education and ethics,Besides, he sent me my entire order wrong after I paid almost 40 dollars ese lugar ya es un asco

Seriously unorganized in this place. If the owner of this franchise sees this you need people at the front that speak English and know how to give good customer service. The food is the only thing that saves your business. My order was ready sitting on the shelf for 10 min. and I had to ask if that was my order. This is not the first time. Straightened your place up. By the time I got the food it was cold.

This place can never get an order done on time. Every time I have scheduled an order, when I’ve come in to pick up it’s not ready and I wind up waiting.
Staff is friendly and the wings are fried perfectly every time. I'm used to eating wings that are similar to how they fry them in Buffalo NY. Whoever cooks the wings at THIS wingstop comes pretty close how they do it in NY, at least they have in the 3 times I've ordered from here.

Don't get me wrong. The food was great. Service was not so great. It was just okay. Was not very busy in there and the kid that meet you at the front to take your order is not the most pleasant. But once the food finally does come it was great.
