I go here occasionally and have never had issues prior, whether ordering for pickup through the app, or ordering in store. Most recently, I ordered 10 wings split 7/3 over the app between two sauces, and ended up with 5/5. Wings are still good, but come on, is counting to 3 and 7 that hard?

The wingstop on 120 Blondo owes me a credit for $30. Owners could care less. Customer service is the worst. Wouldn't go to this restaurant or any wingstop again.

Worst Wing stop location ever! The manager that worked the hour of 9pm on 2/23/24 is a horrible example of professionalism! She has her staff acting the same way. Especially Tj. I spent alot of money for my family this night and was treated horribly. I need to speak to higher management

Norma, Isabel & Jeannette are amazing! Literally the best customer service 10/10?. Jeanette went above and beyond for my difficult 100 piece family pack. Norma & Isabel took my order with a smile and made me feel welcome. Ensuring they placed my order 100% correct with all my special requests and never threw attitude or became frustrated. And the food was delicious, wings and fries cooked perfectly ? THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE CREW FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK THIS SUPER BOWL SUNDAY ?

Order 2 wings combos, fries, fried Cajun corn and two sandwiches online through DoorDash. We just arrived from the mountains so that’s why I didn’t mind to pay $82 for all this food and with all the fees that DoorDash charges even if I live 8 min away. Well, my food came and oh surprised. Overcooked wings with barely sauce on it. Those looked like dry rub on them since they didn’t even had sauce around them. All of the wings were overcooked, you can see them that were brownish and hard on texture. Same sandwiches, not flavor at all and mediocre all the way. I was so upset that I didn’t mind to drive to this store. Girl at the counter showed interest to help but the cooks here just blaming to each other and they didn’t want to be responsible for that. At the end, they said I had to wait 25 min for the order. We waited there and at the end, they gave us fresh wings just with a little bit of sauce when I told them we liked them WET. The girl argued and she said that is the wet style they had. (There was not any sauce on the paper, when it is wet you get bunch of sauce) They were super stingy and they didn’t even gave us refund or at least something else for having driven all the way from my house to the store when this was a DoorDash order. SO DISSATISFIED!! This store should be closed because their cooks and people that work here seem people that just do their job because they had to but not because they want to. You need to love what you do so the result will be nice. It is true that your motivation and love is reflected on the food you prepare and believe me, the wings and the sandwiches were mediocre and not appetizing either. I will go to look for another Wingstop where people care more about provide a great experience for hungry customers and patrons. This place is NOT meant to you if you are looking for quality and a good experience. NEVER COMING BACK.

Didn’t answer phone for 15 minutes. Went in to order and it took way too long to get the wings on the second attempt. Too much effort for mediocre wings.

They gave us our order with no flavor on our wings our fries and when I called they said that's what I ordered. This is the store on Belleview and Federal have loved every other Wing Stop we've been to but definitely will not be returning to this

Only one word to describe this store... FOOD POISONING!! I know what it is. I have zero doubt. Only thing I ate. Tasted funny. Normally eat 8-10. Today ate 5. Threw it up an hour later. Only thing I ate. Felt fine before and felt better after. Tried to tell them but they basically wouldn't listen. I will be giving the remainder to the arapahoe county health department. Some compassion would have gone a long way! I eat Wingstop probably 3 times a week. First time at this store. Never had an issue until today. There are other stores in the area. Suggest avoiding this one:)! FYI nobody ever "reached out "
