I placed an order online. Once I received notification it was ready I made the 3 minute drive to pick my order up. Upon arrival I had to wait in line for them to finish with 2 peoples orders and for them to pay before I was able to ask where my order was. The two people working looked puzzled and then one said "someone else probably got it".... I waited while they remade my order. Defeated the purpose of ordering ahead.
