I asked for the name of the guy that I love to serve me. Christian is his name, I love to shop at that store because of him, he is always very friendly even though he has a lot of people, I have been there 3 times to shop there and he always has a positive energy, I wish they had more people like that guy. It's worth the wait when it's crowded to get a treat from him and a meal that I like so much.

I was in line trying to order food and I notice servers wiping their hands on their uniforms and playing Spanish music pretty loud that you couldn’t even talk no name tags manager (female) talking inappropriate language and making fun to one of the workers that is red haired in a very rude manner and throwing things to him and laughing, I never seen such a bad rude and bulling on this place, I order my food and when I was ready to leave I ask for the managers and I was told they couldn’t provided to me because there’s no manager, I ask for my food to be refunded and I was ask to leave the place because she didn’t like for me to ask for the managers name? They all started laughing and making fun of me and making loud noises, the worse place to eat and their behavior was very bullying

The worst Chipotle in the area by far. They’re almost never open on time, nor even close to on time. The food is often cold or not properly cooked. Waited in a long line today only to find out that they could only accept cash. Awful.

Went to this location at the mall this last weekend and what a joke! The employees don't even know the basics of customer service. Robots! The only thing they have been trained in is portion control. Gotta love corporate businesses. The funniest part is I asked for 2 cups of water and the employee said I could only have 1 since I only ordered 1 entree! Fricken hilarious!

Chipotle is one of my favorite food places but this location was terrible, i was the only customer at the time but i felt so pressured when doing my order, i ordered a chicken bowl and barley got any chicken, i didn’t even say anything about it because the employees on the line had such a bad attitude. I got a huge scoop of red salsa like if i would’ve asked for extra. I’m so disappointed.

Just ate here on 12/3/23. This is hands down the absolute worst experience I’ve had at chipotle. The people serving don’t acknowledge you, act like you’re an annoyance when they actually take your order, slam things around in the most miserable fashion, and then give you the absolute worst portions, not even a full spoon full of beans and rice. The rice was a little crunchy and undercooked, but the rest of the food was alright. I can’t understate how abhorrent the service was here. I will absolutely go out of my way to never come back to this chipotle and will make sure I let everyone else know about the terrible service here too.

I made a order for pick up because i work at them mall and know its busy and I don't have a long lunch break, I get my food and I walk to my car to eat because there were no tables, i opened up the bowl and it had tomatoes white rice chicken sour cream and cheese. I ordered a bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, sour cream, and cheese. I walked back and they said they would remake it and it took them 15 minutes to remake it, i had 5 minutes left to eat so i couldn't even enjoy me meal. and the person making the food gave me a dirty look as if it was my fault. So unbelievable I will not be going back there.

The guy didn’t even attempt to wrap my burrito into a burrito, just smooshed it into the foil, then didn’t even close the foils all the way so guac is spilling out of the foil. Thanks ??

I was on a college field trip and I did not have a choice where I could eat and the guy who gave me my food was incredibly rude and not understanding at all. My school chose where my class could eat and this was very unprofessional and I will not be going back here again. Very disappointed chipotle.

Manager treated his job like he was a queens guard. If he wants to take a job that seriously maybe he should get a real one.

Ladies and gentlemen, have you ever met someone with a name that just screams "I was destined to be a character in a romantic comedy"? Well, let me tell you about my friend, McKenzie. Yeah, she's got one of those names that makes you think she should be sipping pumpkin spice lattes and wearing oversized scarves year-round.Now, McKenzie is what you might call a free spirit. She's all about that "live in the moment" vibe, and I mean ALL about it. She's so laid-back that she makes a sloth on a hammock look like a Wall Street stockbroker during a market crash.I remember one time McKenzie invited me to a yoga class, and I thought, "Sure, why not? I could use some relaxation." Little did I know, McKenzie's idea of yoga is just lying in the grass, staring up at the sky, and trying to spot shapes in the clouds. I swear, the instructor had to come over and remind her that she was in a yoga class, not a cloud-gazing seminar. But here's the thing about McKenzie – she's got this magical ability to turn any situation into a profound life lesson. You could be stuck in the longest line at the DMV, and she'll start philosophizing about how waiting is just a metaphor for the journey of life. Meanwhile, I'm over here thinking, "I just want my driver's license renewed so I can go get a burger."Now, let me tell you about McKenzie's dating life. She's always on some sort of spiritual journey to find "the one." She'll date a guy for a month and then tell me, "You know, I realized that I need to focus on my own energy and alignment before I can truly connect with someone else." Translation: she's single again, and I'm her designated emotional support friend. But the best part about McKenzie is her commitment to sustainability. She's so eco-conscious that she'll go to extreme lengths to reduce her carbon footprint. I once saw her trying to recycle a toothpick, and I couldn't help but ask, "McKenzie, what's next? Composting your nail clippings?"But you know what? Despite all the quirks and cosmic wisdom, McKenzie's a great friend to have around. She reminds us all to slow down, appreciate the little things, and find the magic in everyday life. So here's to you, McKenzie, the girl who taught us that sometimes, it's okay to be a little bit "out there" as long as you're living your best, cloud-gazing, yoga-loving, eco-friendly life. Cheers to you, my friend!

Cashier/ person who made our burritos was very rude she was slamming and throwing things. We waited 5 minutes before she acknowledged we were there. Took burritos to go. When I took second bite of my burrito there was a piece of plastic in it. Like a corner of a bag. Will not ever go to that location again.
