Save the time, go elsewhere. Order taker didn't listen at all. Requested no cheese, tacos are covered in cheese. Receipt has no edits, so the girl was just stupid, but at least she smiled. All of the food except a few fries are cold as well. Whole place is a letdown with that many issues.

One of the male managers forgot to put something in my bag I'm not sure how the assembly line went back to tell him what was missing and he pretty much told me I was lying because he was certain that he put it in the bag and I told him well it's not here so you're pretty much wrong. I don't go here too often doesn't look like he's there anymore I'm not sure but that was a terrible experience. That's why they only got two stars hopefully the other people are better.

This was my last day of vacation in Colorado and I had to go to Del Taco since we don't have one at home. Was very happy that we smelled cleaner when we walked in so it was obvious the restaurant was clean. The food was so good and the cashier was nice. My daughter loved her quesadilla and the tostada is one of my faves ever. We just picked off the value menu. Yummy!

Update:Now second time within months that they didn't give me right order, at least last time it wasnt what I ordered by I could eat it. This time they litteraly just cheated me and basically stole a few dollars besides happiness. Lowered to 3 stars from 5 as I had let last time go. Never ever recall this issue back in CA. I don't need hand fulls of sauce, especially when they don't give the actual sauce. I have to rethink Del Teasy and just go back to Taco hell or making making myself.Previously:Crew heck of quick and all tasting good so far.

This was the dirtiest location I’ve ever been to. My husband took the last bite of his burrito and had to spit it out due to the fact there was a 3 inch piece of plastic in it!We let the crew know what happened and the gentleman hardly cared. My husband and I were more concerned because there were three small children eating a meal one table down. That piece of plastic could have easily been in there meal as it was in ours. This location needs to be shut down immediately.

This evening at 11:45 I had a craving for one of my favorites, good food quickly restaurants, Del Taco. Unfortunately, the simple drive there and order didn't go as planned. The old saying in life, " It takes a lifetime to build a positive reputation, but it takes a second or in this case one individual to ruin it! As did the night shift manager this evening who refused to honor a store credit by the day shift managers, Cinthia. She wrote on the back of a receipt with her signature that I can order "ANY free meal, one." It was compensation for a meal that I clearly was not happy with from that morning. I returned it showed it to the manager so they could see why I wasn't happy with a meal I ordered at 2AM. If you sell food at 2AM and charge the same price as what is being sold at 5pm then is should taste just as fresh, not cold and old! Instead of asking for a refund, I was happy with store credit because I do enjoy almost every meal at Del Taco and been going there for 20yrs. Before I ordered I told the individual on drive through speaker i had a credit given to me for any one meal. The night manager clearly didn't believe me from the look on his face and demeanor after showing the handwritten note. He kept me waiting at 11:45pm as he attempted to call Cinthia to verify what I was saying to be true. He couldn't reach her after five minutes of trying. He came back to say she must have meant # four or five on the menu. How he came up with those #'s I have no clue. but night shift manager chose to not honor his day shift managers note. What I ordered was $17, he said I would need to pay additional $11 for the meal because with tax he said it would be $22. I guess he felt it was too high for a store credit when he never saw the old receipt. I asked for my handwritten not back and left there with NOTHING, other than still being hungry! It was clearly embarrassing to be treated as though I was either lying or taking advantage of the situation all while the other employees were staring at me like I did something wrong.
Friendly management and helpful too. I had the macho nachoes, very good. Sure beats TB. If you know what I mean.Wheelchair accessibility: thanks for fixing the cement outside. I' m handicapped so it was getting a little tricky to get to the doors.
