I have been a big fan of Heidi’s but I swear something gets missed a lot. I ordered 2 Hell’s Kitchen breakfast sandwiches and they forgot the avacado and Cajun sauce! What?

This is NOT a Deli. Wouldn't last a week in New York. More of a mediocre Subway at best. Food was ok but pricey. Service was slow with two people standing around chatting, seemingly unaware that there were customers to be served. Not worth the trip. Poorly managed franchise.

The ladies were nice. The food is outrageously overpriced for what you get. I’m not against paying $20 for an Italian Sandwich but if you’re gonna charge above average prices they sandwich should be above average. It wasn’t, just a ton of bread, decent meat but the same sandwich cost $10 anywhere else. I should’ve just gone to Jersey mikes down the street and at least I get well priced sandwich.

They need to change their name as they should not be associated with NY Deli. The bagel was barely edible. Hard, tasted stale, could barely chew it. Nothing like real Brooklyn bagels.

$33 for two very mediocre sandwiches!! You only make that mistake once. Nothing in my mind can justify that cost for 2 overly thick slices of bread with egg salad.

Worst potato salad ever. I don't know what they do or think to come up with such an insulting side. Hard undercooked potatoes, some watery white liquid instead of mayo. Plain nasty. Sandwiches are good.

Since pandemic I have missed Heidi's for lunch. Stopped in last night. At least two times I repeated no lettuce & tomato. Get home and there's lettuce & tomato. Wouldn't be so bad if their phone worked. The sandwich was $16 which is stupid expensive but the food is good. I think there is a reasonable expectation that the order is accurate. Service matters.

I hate giving poor reviews, but I am from Brooklyn, Canarsie and Bay Ridge. The bread was great, but the Reuben had so little meat in it that the bread was all I tasted. A sandwich from Brooklyn, you could take home and make 2 from it.
