Descent food. Service sucks. That at front and that always answers the phone is rude, nasty and just out right disrespectful. I will never order there again and will tell my staff not to order. You don't get the privilege of taking my money and being rude. Should be able to give no stars. Didn't even place order. Due to rudeness.

We went there because we have been trying to find a place that serves chow fun since we moved from New York this past September. They have chow fun on their menu so we decided to give it a try. The taste of the food was bland and the noodles they used were not the chow fun rice noodles. My husband asked for a glass of water, they don't do glasses of water, you have to buy bottled water. I ordered tea for one person and was charged $2.25 and it took so long for the tea water to change color that I actually put my own tea bag into the pot because I wanted tea before I finished the meal. After the waiter put the food on the table we did not see him again until we called him for the check. We were the only ones in the restaurant, so the inattention was not due to the waiter being busy, he was playing on his phone. We will not be returning.

Food is good as always but the "new" fortune cookies as of Feb/2023 smell and taste like burnt paper and ink. Its a small thing overall but would not recommend keeping this supplier.

The food was mediocre. They let us eat inside but they no longer have any wait staff so nothing to write home about. Won't likely ever go back.

First time here and before I enter, a post says take out only and no dine in. Cashier kindly explain the short of staff situation but I still can sit down and eat. I decided to have my lunch here. Sesame chicken it is. When my food arrived, staff also bring me a bottle of cold water, I understand their business is struggling but the kindness is there. Hope they do well.

DO NOT EAT HERE! First all when you walk in they paper everywhere... Like they are doing business taxes at the tables. I was trying to order to go. Orange chicken, rice and a soda. Total comes out to 16.07$ I looked at the menu and orange chicken is 8.25. So I asked why the price is wrong. They replied oh that's the old menu we have a online price. So they you charged without telling me? I asked how much the can of coke was and they replied 3$. I asked why they didn't give me a soft serve soda and they said because their machine is broken. I politely ask for a refund on my order and the owner said you can do whatever you want. I replied I would prefer to eat somewhere else because you guys are not advertising the correct prices that is very unprofessional. The owner replied you are a piece of s*** customer. I told him because you have wrong prices and poor customer service that is why no one is here and I will be writing a review. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!

My son and I think the food is excellent. I really like the Happy Family, my son likes the Beef Pad Se-Lew. We will continue to come back and try different dishes. Picture is the Happy Family.

Recently rediscovered this place and it's been fabulous. Years ago it didn't seem like anything special but now it seems fantastic. Unfortunately, they only have takeout, no dine-in. They've been very quick too fulfill our orders.

This restaurant is engaging in deceptive pricing! The restaurant is charging prices 30+% higher than what's displayed on both their online menu as well as menus displayed in the restaurant! They ring up the charge and provide no detail. When I questioned the bill, the owner said they had a new website and the new prices were effective 9/1/2021. He said he had no control over the other website and was delayed in getting new menus for display at the front counter so he continues to use the old menus. When I advised him that this was deceptive pricing he simply said - Yeah!

Always enjoy our meals from Jasmine! Over the years we've tried many of their dishes and haven't been disappointed. A big plus to me is that they have brown rice at no extra charge. The portions are always large, veggies fresh, great flavors, etc. Have tried other Asian in the area but always come back to Jasmine for take-out.

I went in there looking to order lunch. I asked the lady just to make sure that they werent doing dine in service. Her response was "what do you want" with an attitude. My exact words were well I'm going to leave.
