First time at this location, we tried the lomo saltado and some seafood dishes, the food was average, honestly lacked flavor compared to other Peruvian restaurants. Customer service was poor and 20% gratuity is automatically included, I don’t think it’s worth returning unless they improve overall.

Pisco Sour's food is authentic. A little expensive but it does taste like Peru.Pisco Sour has authentic Peruvian food. It's a little expensive but it truly tastes Peruvian.

The food is below average, the portions are small and THIS RESTAURANT IS JUST RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED. Do not go to this place and I definitely will not go back!!!

2nd time here. The food is really good. I had a fettuccine dish with beef and shrimp. The sauce was amazing. They raised the prices significantly since last time. But that wasn't a deal breaker. Good date night restaurant.

The worst experience I have ever spent in a restaurant, an hour and 30 minutes for them to bring a cold meal, it is a shame that they make you go through such unpleasant moments. I spoke to the owner and he couldn't give me a reasonable answer. We made an appointment so that if when We also arrived and they told us that the reservation did not matter. My recommendation is that you think twice before going to spend an unpleasant moment in this place, whether with your partner, friends or family, I will never set foot in that place again ??

I had never left a restaurant in my life until coming to Pisco Sour. We reserved a table for four in advance and when we arrived we were surprised that they did not ask us for a reservation, they seated us at a table that was wobbly so we had to ask to change tables. So far nothing out of this world, you could say that they are minor issues. We ordered the appetizers and they were good, the problem started when we ordered the main course. We waited more than an hour for our dishes and when we asked about the delay we found out that they had not even started it, the worst thing was the indifferent attitude of the cooks, we could also notice that there were many more people waiting for their orders after a long wait. Terrible customer service, it's not fair to play with people's time.

What a bad service. Having to wait an hour and a half for a dish that was never served to me is disrespectful. They told me I had to wait 20 more minutes and they hadn't even started making the dish. They wanted me to pay 20% gratitude when they didn't even prepare the food I ordered. Two hours wasted in the restaurant and we didn't have the attention of the waitress to even ask if we wanted more drinks.

The waiting time is excessively absurd. Afternoon 1:30 waiting for a Marine Picoteo and when I went to ask for the third time the chef said he hadn't even started making the dish. I asked for my bill and they were charging me 20% for gratitude, which I refused to pay, and then they also tried to include tips for the waitresses. When they never ever gave me my plate, just the drinks and an appetizer.
