Normally I love Shanghai 360 however today at Park Meadows Shanghai 360 at the mall play cashier was very rude to me and very difficult and she didn't even offer me a bag with my two DISH order and then wouldn't even let me pay the 10 cents to get the bag after in my story we have a policy about receipts where if we don't offer you a receipt your meal is free I would never ever treat a customer like this ever the only reason there's even a bad review here is because that one lady. Otherwise my experience at Shanghai 360 is amazing I love that place 99% of the time I will be avoiding the place if I see that lady again

I ordered the tofu and eggplant and Char siu pork with Hong Kong noodles. Super delicious!! Large portions and a super friendly lady served me. This is how it is done properly!!! Why do people pay Chipotle for garbage and bad service when amazing restaurants with great staff are an option!?!? I will now go out of my way to eat at Shanghai 360. Good job folks and thanks for restoring my faith in Mall food!!!!!

I had the Bourbon Chicken with Noodles and Fried Rice. They give large portions. It was really awesome. The have alot of choices.Parking: If the food court side is full. Go to the covered parking area close to JC Penny Entrance. There is always available parking.

My daughter had the orange chicken and someBoba drinks which I didn’t try it myself but I’m here to rate the noodle soup. It was really good….plenty of noodles and beef & great flavors. I also ordered the tofu dish, and it was a good too but a little greasy. I will come back again. The noodles tasted fresh and you can either pick ramen or rice noodles and we picked ramen. My 10 year old son thinks it’s the best noodle in a mall.

Place is so good! Better than Panda Express! I got the shanghai noodles (rice noodles), shrimp, and grilled chicken. So delicious!! ? taste more fresh and you get more meat than what panda gives you. Good Quality, price and quantity; what more can you ask for? Oh yeah, good customer service! I recommend coming here.*my fiancé and I devoured it because it’s so succulent

The manager is very unprofessional and aggressive. Today I ordered Chick-fil-A for me and my baby (he was in a long stroller) I pushed off to the side not realizing I was standing near Shanghai business. The manager comes out and goes “lady are you going to get something” & I automatically realized I was wrong and apologized and moved, I guess where I went wasn’t good enough and the manager of the business started to get very aggressive and brought out a black pole stopper pushing me back ward away from his business (he did it close enough to where he didn’t touch me) I was now blocked off with a black pole rope and with him in my face telling me to get out of here . I have never felt so uncomfortable & can not believe this is how they conduct themselves as a businesses. It’s no surprise they were slow on business while the mall was packed. I could never imagine treating someone like that over a simple mistake.
