Used to serve decent portions. Bacon was disappointing. Spent $80 and leaving still hungry. According to the management everything is pre portioned. Used to be a favorite place. We won't be back.

This place is painful how loud that they allow grown adults to get. Secondly I’ve been here before and it was never as packed as it was today and I waited for over 1.5 hours to be seated at the bar. There needs to be a time limit for people to eat here as well as there needs to be the ability for individual folks to sit at the same table and eat together. It’s rather unacceptable that they allowed other parties of one to take up tables and continued to not seat me anywhere despite its supposed to be first come first serve... There is no waiting area whatsoever; so if you are elderly disabled or have issues standing for a long time this is not the place to be. After waiting so long for a seat they told me to go stand by the wall and wait for a seat to open so I could quote be the first to hop into it. I really felt this was unorganized, unprofessional, definitely not courteous or respectful of my time. The food here is good yes but it’s not worth any of this. The price is reasonable for the quality of food, and I do feel the employees do do their best. However management does need to take this review into consideration as there is many problems with your system for seating individual folks and wait times and other information need to be more accurate. I won’t be coming back here ever again or reccomending snooze anymore. I used to come here for years and so did all my family and I’ll be sure we don’t. I don’t know why I was treated like scum today here for no reason and I do know that this is not okay.

The wait to get in was about 30 minutes. The waitress was nice but not very attentive. We had to ask for water refill a couple of times. It was pretty loud music, which I really wasn't expecting when going to eat. It's not a sports bar etc or night club so wasn't to excited about how loud it was. It was hard to have a conversation. The hash browns were really good. The food was tasty, just not the rest.

Every Snooze is the same, in a good way. They really have mastered making great meals that will entice your return visits. Have never been disappointed at any Snooze, love this place.

Very disappointing performance from what used to be my favorite Snooze location.My last 4 take out orders have either been incomplete or undercooked. I had hoped in time these mistakes would corrected & the Snooze team would really start taking the time for quality & accuracy.But unfortunately it seems I’ll just need to take my business elsewhere.

My wife and I arrived at 1015 am. We had to flag down two servers first one responded that this is not her table. Second one said he was attending other customers. That was correct, however they arrived approximately 10 minutes after us. I expressed my dissatisfaction to our server and he never apologized. He finally took our order at 1041 am. I assume he has poor training or judgement. Either way reflects poorly on this place. Service is before food. Now I am uncomfortable about to eat.

Such great food! RILEY was our server, She was incredibly kind and very nice! She was so attentive and quick and offered great suggestions!It was really busy and she had a smile on the whole time and busted her butt for every table!She should definitely train servers!
