I walked into Baskin Robbin's 4/16/2024 at 3:12 pm to Purchase ice cream for a group of elderly people in a memory care facility. (Must Read) When I walked in Courtney (the ice cream clerk) sees me and doesn't acknowledge me. I say hello and try to be polite and friendly. I asked about certain ice cream flavors. Courtney while rushing around and doesn't stop to help me, says in a stringent condescending way," I have no idea about the flavors or anything. ITS ALL SELF EXPLANATORY ON THE LABELS!" Courtney isn't even giving me the time of day. As if she doesn't want to be at work while putting stock items away. I may as well have ordered auto parts in Baskin Robbin's and she wouldn't have noticed what I was saying. I could go on and on about this clerk. She treated me like a second class citizen. Basically treating me and my guests like we had no right being there and bothering her. I decided against buying a high dollar amount of ice cream orders and went to Dairy Queen and bought $100.00 plus of product. I will never spend my hard earned money in a store that treats me so poorly and how in the world Baskin Robbin's would ever hire such a miserable and hateful person is beyond me. Baskin Robbins could have saved there money and not filled that shift and left the store empty and open. I would have put the stock items away, helped myself and left the cash on on the counter on my way out. Truly, Baskin and Robbin's where do you find a person like this with such distain for working in customer service industry? I personally would have had to turn over an incredible amount of rocks to find a person like this under one that is so full of spite and distain. Grade (F) The only redeeming value is the ice cream flavor sells itself and this store is riding on Baskin and Robbin's laurels.

Went there this week, and horrible service. Employee was on her phone talking for 5 minutes before she decided to take out orders. She kept saying she couldn't hear us when taking our order even though nobody was there and the music was blasting. Had to boderline yell to get our order across.

I have always enjoyed Baskin Robbins, it was a place we went to for celebrations all through my childhood, and now every time I go back I'm reminded of all the fun times and delicious ice cream, and the ice cream is still delicious!Vegetarian options: There is no meat served here, it's all ice cream and similar products!Dietary restrictions: Everything has a gluten conscious label because the same scoops are used for all the ice cream, but if you let the employees know they can take extra precautions to reduce the risk, and many of the ice cream flavors are gluten free. They also have some non-dairy ice creams so if you're vegan or allergic to dairy there are still a few options for you to choose from, and the smoothies don't contain any dairy either anymore. There is one or two flavors that are reduced fat no sugar added if you need to watch your sugar intake and they still taste very good!Kid-friendliness: The environment is very sweet, and kids can taste the ice cream to get a better idea of what they want before they buy it which is SUPER helpful!

They only had 24 flavors yesterday. No mint chip makes me sad. Otherwise, yummy and clean inside. Spotless restrooms too.

So a few weeks ago my husband and I decided to stop in because I really wanted a milk shake ( we even skipped out on trying the new sweet cow in town bc the line was so long and Baskins is right by our house) we pull up and I look at the time, it’s 9:30 in the evening and they close at 10 so we figured 30 mins was enough time to get a sweet treat. We walk in, I’m greeted by a young girl with long black hair who asked what I would like, I respond with a “medium milk shake please” now I will note that this place was perfectly clean, like we’re locking the doors in 30 seconds not 30 mins clean and yes I get it, it’s sucks to have to clean something again especially a blender but you’re also open for another 30 mins and you chose this job not me. Anyways this girl looks back at the 2-3 perfectly clean blenders on back counter and no joke rolls her eyes at me and says “they are all BROKEN!” I giggle a little and give a little smile thinking she is joking! I mean come on! I can clearly see you have multiple blenders and for a place that has many blended drink options I don’t see how ALL of them could be broken but okay….so I was politely say alright and counting down the line of ice cream chooses, she then proceeded to walk off and never comes back!!! I couldn’t believe it! I almost just said screw it and left but another very very nice young girl started to help my husband and then proceeded to help me. I did not ask her for a milk shake but I do wonder if her response would have been different. I did however call corporate and they stated they the blenders should have been working just fine and it doesn’t matter if I come at 9:30 in the evening or 9:59, if I order i milk shake they must make it! They gave me a case number and told me the owner or manager would be in touch within 48 hours. I never heard from anyone which is why I decided to leave a review. It’s unfortunate that no one cared to reach out and correct the situation. Guess I’ll be standing in line at that sweet cow from now on
