Didn’t get the correct number of wings. Missing 4 wings. We asked for celery too and got literally two pieces of celery. Didn’t get the correct sauce on an order of wings as well. Wast of money.

I ordered ahead, placing my order at 12:30 pm on a Tuesday, for pick up at 1:30 pm, as I had a couple stops to make. Was very obvious they made my order immediately and just let it sit in the kitchen. My boneless wings were soggy and cold, fries were stale. Makes no sense cause they were not busy and easily could have prepared my food fresh.

We tried to go there tonight at 10:50 and they were closed….says on their storefront and online they are open until 12
Ordered an hour in advance for pick up. Get to the Longmont location and there are 50+ people waiting for their pick up orders. We wait half an hour after our scheduled pick up time to ask what’s going on as the girl at the table has no clue and no answers. They finally tell us that their are still 40 orders ahead of us and it will be another hour and half at least as they are prioritizing DoorDash orders even they are coming in after all those that chose to pick up. Really bad customer service and not prioritizing customers. Will not be back. They’ve been going downhill for a while but this was the final straw! Go visit wing shack down the road!!
