The owner has been great about sorting out our order every time they get it wrong. He continues to reassure me it doesn’t happen often, so it might just be me whose order is messed up about 60% of the time. Last time an ice cream didn’t make it to the house when we had it delivered. This time we picked it up and the waffle bowls weren’t included. It’s usually the waffle bowls they forget (delivery or pick up). I have included notes with the order, begging to have the waffle bowls included but it rarely helps. I left my name and number to provide feedback to the owner tonight but have little hopes the information will be communicated. The gentlemen working tonight didn’t inspire confidence.I think it’s fine if you go in and order. It’s always a wait and the store isn’t the cleanest so that’s a little off putting. I have given them many chances but I think it’s time for me to find a new ice cream place.

Love this place! My favorite are the caramel apples. althoght sometimes when I order ice cream it's too watery!

I recently wrote a bad review of an experience I had a few days ago at this establishment, and I have come back to share this new experience. The lovely owner reached out to me and listened to what I had to say, and they were nothing but kind to me. They asked me questions, apologized, and offered me a second try. I was given the chance to go again to get their ice cream, which was a triple pint (which I always get), for free! And let me tell you, it was redeemed. It was exactly what I wanted and more. I would highly recommend THIS coldstone over any others I've been to.I will keep coming back, not just because the ice cream and the service is wonderful, but also because the owner really does care about their customers. And for that, I thank you!

it was busy but they were fairly fast! the girls passed out my kids ice creams and forgot what they ordered so we had to chase them back to be rang up properly.. other than that it was, as always, delicious!

Chocolates are extremely expensive and not that good, carmel apple was yummy but again VERY expensive and Ice cream was delicious and affordable

We always look out for Cold Stone Creameries and so were very pleased to find one within an easy drive of where we were staying. Lots of choice and, while it isn't cheap, it is very enjoyable.

Not sure why, but the Sunday was absolutely flavorless. Really strange. Staff help was a little subpar. I don't think I'd revisit.

Manager had NO idea about the current promotions. And (perhaps manager?) Is always in a fowl mood. I was hoping she had quit since the last visit. No such luck. Ice cream was passable.

Way overpriced and they can’t get it right even at that. We drive all the way up there, order and of 3 orders 2 of them where not what was ordered. Mine was so disgusting I threw the entire thing away at the store and went to a close by fast food place to grab something. I will never go to another one. Each time it’s a $h1t show.

I had a disappointing experience trying to order through DoorDash. The Coldstone owner contacted me and issued a credit to the card I had used to place my order. He then called me again and said my order had been made if I wanted to pick it up and I could have it for free. That is customer service!! I am a regular customer of Coldstone in Longmont, and I will NEVER use DoorDash again!
