Didn't love my cocktail choice but that was me going out of my comfort zone and trying something different. Went a different route with second drink - pear ginger shrub which was so good!!! A charcuterie board would have been a great addition to the menu. Nice find in Longmont!

It seemed cool. In tell some guy came up to my dogs to say hi. Which one of them barked back twice. The whole facade came down. I said sorry and this one bar tender rolled her eyes at me. Apparently one of the employees was sitting at the bar asked if she was having a tough day. Her response “something like that” I’m embarrassed I tipped for the rudeness because I thought the tip will go to the bartender but it goes in a community tip jar. You gotta be a certain type to like it here. I paid for a 20 dollar drink to have someone give attitude with it

Great spot. The staff is excellent and gracious. And the craft liquor is excellent. Start at Dry Land for a drink before moving on to dinner.

Would ld not have come if not in brewhop & WON’T GO BACK. 1sr impresn, bartender yelling, b4 we are in the door/in front of the whole bar, “if you’re coming frm brewhop, you’re here for 1 drink”. LOL! Nice welcome to our establishment new customers. I think tableside “hey guys, our drinks are heavy so we can only serve you each one”. And then12 ppl in our grp- only 1 liked their drink. It was fine they didn’t want our $. Our sweet server was awesome!!! Blue skirt, blue sweater - fabulous and I think a little embarrassed by the bartenders lack of professionalism.

This was my favorite visit on my trip to Longmont. Nice atmosphere, casual and laid back with a cool vibe. You had my husband at vinyl! Yelpers: Check in for a tasting flight! If it weren't for the tasting flight, I would not have purchased a bottle of whiskey! I made a purchase and it safely made it in my suitcase home. - Dryland is close to the parking garage. - Open seating. - Tasting flight available as well as an array of cocktails. The menu lists the drinks by the spirt: Rum, Whiskey, Gin. - There are also shrubs and non-alcoholic beverages for your designated driver. - On the tasting flight, I liked the sheet that described what we were drinking, but what I liked referencing was the menu to see the cocktails that complimented the spirit. We were visiting in the winter, but I hear there's live music when the weather is warmer.

Sipping on this sage gimlet evokes the tranquil essence of a leisurely stroll through an enchanting forest. The gin presents a delightful palette of nutty hues, weaving a complex tapestry of flavors. Meanwhile, the fragrant sage adds a layer of sophistication, creating a harmonious blend that is as aromatic as it is delicious. Love the staff. Love the atmosphere. So lucky to find this fabulous place!

Gin Symphony, Adobo, Dames Reviver were our favorites! Bar nuts were great too

Meet Nels & Glen, the owners of Dryland Distillery here in Longmont Colorado. They are very humble gentleman. They have the best homemade drinks, pretty much the organic version of mixed drinks. Very vintage and woody place. Definitely a place worth checking out if you are in Longmont Colorado. Glen loves to chat in depth about the brand. Good guys

The most delicious drinks, wonderful, warm atmosphere and service. Lots of love put into everything they do. One of my favorite all time places to grab a drink! And they are now adding more eats to the menu! I'm excited!

Bar tender only serves one drink then cuts you off. Not a very friendly experience.

Great atmosphere and fantastic service! We live far from family so our toddler is usually with us for any fun things we do and they were so sweet to her as my husband and I enjoyed downtown Longmont and popping into dry land distillers on his birthday. The cocktails and whiskey are delicious, definitely go and experience a flight! Ask for Jasmine she was wonderful!

+ Lavender Lemonade (ftw!) + Apple Crisp (would not order again) Discovering hidden gems is always an adventure, and my recent visit to Dry Land was no exception. I sipped on the lavender lemonade, a sweet and slightly tangy concoction that made me feel like I was having a spa day in a glass. Sure, the lavender seemed a bit elusive, but they made up for it with a single, blooming lavender flower. A small touch that made all the difference. The vibe was chill at first, offering the perfect atmosphere for unwinding after a hectic day. I must mention, they were a bit tied up with a tasting event, but they managed to be courteous and somewhat attentive. Perhaps going on a quieter night would have been ideal for that quiet and intimate feel I had in mind. Ah! Also the distillery's menu rotates weekly, which keeps things exciting. A little tip: don't rely on the online menu; it's a bit outdated. You definitely want to go in person to see the latest offerings and maybe catch one of their tasting events. The staff explains how they work their magic on the liquors, and it's quite fascinating . Free parking in a nearby garage on Coffman Street, and it's a short walk to a plaza where the distillery is located. Convenience for the win! I would definitely return for another round of delightful drinks and a more peaceful, speakeasy-like evening. It's a hidden oasis that's worth exploring.

Service was great and knowledgeable. They were amenable to me trying something other than gin since I can't do juniper. We ended up with a bottle of tequila and barrel aged rum. Their tequila was very unique and true to its description, fitting more of a mezcal taste than tequila. The barrel aged rum still sits on our bar for the perfect time to make a smoked old fashioned or have poured over a rock. I'm typically a whiskey and bourbon guy, but I was more fascinated with their tequila and rum. Will be back when I'm in town!
