Never had one bad experience until today. I was passenger and my mother was driving. She ordered her drink and my sisters. With a heavy Hispanic accent, the worker taking her order would say I don’t understand, I don’t know what you want. “I can’t hear you” causing my mom to become anxious and self conscious, we have never had this experience. It wasn’t until I told my mother to ask the worker if she was mad/upset. Which led to her ignoring her once again. I will not be coming back. And will let my friends/family know about this unfortunate encounter. Supper disappointed.

Slowest drive through line of all time, typical of Dutch Bros, and why I always regret coming here for sub par Americanos. Over 20 minutes for a coffee drive through is insane.

This is now the Only place I'll get coffee. The customer service is incredible! The drinks are delicious and the variety is exciting.Dietary restrictions: Practically every drink on the menu can be made sugar free! ? No body else can do that. It's incredible! I can't drink sugar anymore because of a surgery I had and I am so happy to still be able to enjoy going out for coffee!
