The BBQ is so good it shouldn't be legal. They're often out of the thing you want though.

Their brisket and burnt ends were better before they branched out into the full service restaurant scene, but this is still one of my recommended spots. They have trouble with the service when it gets busy, but everyone remains friendly.

The ribs were really good but the brisket was pretty dry. The server was really nice though and her hospitality definitely made the experience amazing!! Definitely better BBQ than any other cue place in town

It’s pretty good. Love the ghost pepper sauce, burnt ends, corn bread, Mac, and beans. Have had mixed experiences with ribs and lean brisket. Pulled pork was ok. And didn’t enjoy the onion rings. Overall has been more hit than miss but would call it more 3.5 than 4.

My wife and I love good BBQ but until yesterday we had only eaten at Dickie's BBQ, on my mom's recommendation. (She said she and my Dad tried Georgia Boys BBQ several years ago and preferred Dickies.)Overall, Georgia Boys seems to have better and more authentic BBQ. The Burnt Ends and Tennessee Sticky Pig were both awesome. The ribs were really good, too. The smoked chicken wings were pretty decent (my grilled/smoked wings are better), and the brisket was much better than Dickies... but a little dry.The service was friendly, but they apparently don't carry one of the drinks we ordered online. So they just... didn't give us anything. As we were about to leave with our takeout my wife asked, "Where are our cocktails?" I went back in and the original ticket showed we had ordered and paid for them, but the ticket they got at the front desk didn't include them. (Like they had been canceled by the bar manager, even though we had paid for them.)They quickly agreed to bring us some new drinks, which was great, but it took over 15 minutes. Meanwhile, our food was getting cold in the car.Other than that hiccup the meal was good. We'll be back!

Tasty. The garlicky broccoli was way better than I was expecting. The sandwich was good too but I was expecting that.

As a Texan, I'm picky with BBQ. I've tried quite a bit in Colorado and this is the first place that is legit. Everything here is phenomenal. Including sides and their staff is awesome. I spend too much money here now.

Georgia Boys BBQ: Finger-Lickin' Good and Worth the Hype!Let me tell you, Georgia Boys BBQ in Longmont is the real deal! My husband and I went for a late lunch and were absolutely blown away by the smoky goodness.I opted for the smoked turkey salad, and it was a revelation. The turkey was perfectly cooked, with a deep, rich smoke flavor that infused every bite. The accompanying salad was fresh and crisp, providing a welcome contrast to the smoky star of the show. I ordered two dressings on the side — smoked poblano and fig vinaigrette — both amazing. My husband is a self-proclaimed "rib connoisseur," and he rarely compliments others. However, after his first bite of the St. Louis ribs, he declared them the best he'd ever had. The meat was fall-off-the-bone tender, with perfect char and a delicious smoky sweetness. The sauce was a perfect complement, adding a touch of tang without masking the ribs' natural flavor. We both left Georgia Boys BBQ feeling incredibly satisfied and already planning our next visit. If you're looking for authentic, mouthwatering BBQ in Longmont, look no further! This is a hidden gem that deserves all the praise.P.S. Be sure to try their sides – we shared the sweet potato casserole and okra. Yum!P.P.S. Our server was an absolute delight. I wish I would have gotten her name!
