We received the wrong food, there was one waiter, one cook, and the food took nearly an hour to come out. I feel bad for the one waiter tonight, he was constantly running around trying his hardest. But over all the experience wasn't great.

My brother, me, and our friend order the big steak, they called big steak on the menu, but when you get your order it’s everything mixed, bacon, sausage, steak, and we don’t eat pork as well, i am not appreciating, never go there again, and I’m not going recommending this place.

Ordered via Door Dash. Found a piece of porcelain inside my omlette. Pattern looks like it came from a broken dish. Good thing I chew slowly and thoroughly. It could have shattered a tooth or lodged in my throat. Of corse then we would be talking lawsuot!

Dont go here. manager sat me down and gave me 1 cup of coffee, i asked for more coffee and creamer and only gave me creamer.. paid $8 for a cup. forgot my side order and still gave me the charge and asked whats the problem when they already know what the problem is.. the wait and pain your better off going to Firstwatch across the stree and get better for your buck.

My friend and I met at IHOP in Longmont this morning after each driving 40 miles. It took about 5 minutes to be seated. There were very few people eating. We ordered spinach omelets and received hot dog meat ones. They replaced my friends and I ate mine. I ordered a Belgium waffle to go for my wife. It was small and soggy compared to good ones made by Pancake House. The building is clean surprising us with lack of customers, poor service and food.

We got a take out order. We got no plates or cutlery. No butter for the pancakes. Ended up having to use the lids of the containers for plates and eating with our hands.

2 stars may be too many stars. Pancake day was a joke. They were pushing some kind of donations. Ordered eggs and bacon, got eggs and sausage. Ordered a waffle with fruit on top. Maybe a heaping tablespoon of fruit, WOW. Not smothered like the picture. It's really going down hill. Poor service.
It's exactly like every IHOP that you've ever visited before. Hash browns are round and burnt on one face of the circle and raw everywhere else. Fried eggs were ok. Coffee was served in the world's smallest coffee carafe and only held two cups of coffee. The total for two people for a moderate breakfast with coffee was over $40 like everything else is today. Bleh.

I am honestly shocked that they were even comfortable enough to send me this plate of food. NEVER in my life have I seen such slop. This is their classic eggs Benedict, served with hard boiled eggs, and burnt rubbery ham that was like jerky. I cannot fathom being the cook, seeing this, and serving it to a paying customer. You know who you are. But that’s just me.

Sticky tables and menu. Unfortunately I also encountered an unskilled and short tempered cook. The first hash browns I got were burnt black on the bottom and chewy. I sent those back and the douchebag sent me practically uncooked hash browns. In order to avoid further wrath from the kitchen I ate the uncooked hashbrowns. Server was amazing, cook was not.Edit: Franchisee never tried to contact me.
