Damn good. I went here just kind of looking around for new places. I wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was.

Husband and I went here for lunch for the first time and we were happy with the overall experience. We ate tacos (carne asada, chicken tings, buffalo chicken, barbacoa, and crab) which were all yummy! Husband also got the margarita flight and we had chips and salsa as an appetizer. Loved the vibe of the place!

Surprisingly fun place. I was there for lunch on a early spring day with enough warmth that folks were enjoying the outdoors seating. I had the egg and chorizo burrito with the red sauce. Big as a football, I took half home. My lunch partner had the enchiladas and I'm definitely having them next time.

My wife and I have lived in Longmont for just over two years. We've heard a lot about Jefes but yesterday was our first visit. It was as good as everyone says!We ordered some margaritas (the mango, and toasted coconut were both great), and some street tacos. The waitress told us the special taco of the day was "scallop, with a mango salsa". I love scallops but I remember thinking, "What a terrible idea for a taco. Scallops have such a mild delicate flavor it will get completely lost."My wife decided to try the scallop taco anyway, while I got an al pastor. (Which I LOVED.) I watched her try her food and her eyes got a little big. Without a word she handed it to me to try. The second my tongue touched that thing I could taste the scallops! It was so good! Kind of magical, almost. We ordered several drinks, some bacon wrapped jalapenos, and five or six street tacos. The bill was about $125, which seems kind of pricey, but everything was super good. We'll be back. (Maybe for happy hour next time.)
