Waiting for my sandwiches I watched the person working the register move to food line after wiping his nose with his hand. He never washed his hands, at least he put gloves on, but beyond gross. Food service basics state you wash your hands after touching your face or from moving from register and money to touching people's food.

Ordered catering for 15 people, all wanting unique sandwiches, and they handled it so smoothly. Every order was perfect and they even wrote names on the sandwiches. Definitely recommend as they were easy to work with, on time, and friendly!

I ordered a #12 Beachcomber sub to go. I specifically asked for spicy mustard, and it urned out to have none, but luckily I had some at home. I'll never get a sub here again.

3 very thin pieces of ham, mountain of lettuce, and 2 pieces of cheese for $9. JJ is garbage now.
Did not receive our order. Waited for one hour and twenty minutes before any communication was made, we had to contact them. Only to be told "go check the neighborhood for your order" last time I ever order Jimmy John's.

First time ever at this location....I ordered a 8 inch original combo with a vito , pickle and drink for 10.99 in store....why was my bill 14.09?? if you add the tax for 10.99 its about .87 so they charged me an additional 2.23?? why?what was also funny is i was going to get it delivered but it was 14.55 for delivery ... i'm confusedthe sandwich and pickle was delicious.
