Today I picked up my daughter in law and grandson to do errands we stopped by the dollar store and were waiting at a stop sign after maurice's there's a Jimmy John's driver behind who throws it into reverse and Flys around my car and the other car at the stop sign not to mention there's a car coming in the opposite direction which could have caused the senor speedy to hit him head on! Needless to I'm one pissed off grandmother and walk in to tell the manager and he completely looked at me like whatever..do better please people have families to go home too. You speeding through the parking g lot isn't getting up paid extra.

Worst Jimmy Johns location in the whole corporation.I mostly order online, I usually order extra protein because they never put enough on there to begin with, but I NEVER get the extra protein that I PAY FOR.I asked them nicely to PLEASE bring me a straw with my drinks since the last 5 times I've ordered, they haven't brought one.Did I get one this time? Yes. Was it intentionally broken and sabotaged to the point of not being able to use it? ABSOLUTELY.Or how about Everytime I put "PLEASE KNOCK AND LEAVE AT DOOR", they just throw my food down the stairs ( I live in an apartment complex) and don't knock at all, so hours go by and I'm calling the store wondering where my food went just to find out the driver couldn't be bothered to walk down four stairs and knock on my door?This location needs some serious help, or better yet just fire the whole team and hire new.The ones currently working there are pointless and can't be bothered to do anything "out of their pay range" (said to me, by an employee).Do YOURSELF a favor and drive that extra mile across town to the other location because this one is not worth the headache.

The service and atmosphere don't really matter in lieu if the sandwich. Now I don't eat at jj's often. I ordered the big John in the past and did again the other day. And if what I was handed is the big John of today then the jj corporation is jumping on the greed wagon with most the rest of cooperate America. That sandwich had 2 THIN slices of roast beef on it. 3 thin slices of cheese . But there was shill.more cheese than meat. Four slices of small tomatoes and a big handful of iceberg lettuce. Not counting the bread the over all thickness of the sandwich was about ¾of an inch thick and a ½inch of thar was lettuce. I paid 8 + dollars for an anorexic sandwich. I know now how youre able yo be freaky fast. You don't put anything on the bread. $8.00 for (closer to $10) something that in ingredients was maybe $1.50 and the labor cost of about the same.

Ordered delivery from this store. Tipped $6 for one sandwich, a bag of chips, and a soda. I live in an apartment building with a locked lobby door so I put in the instructions to meet me at the lobby door. Didn't even expect the driver to come up to my apartment door. Driver couldn't be bothered to get out of his car and had me chasing him around. When i finally caught up with him he handed me my food through his car window. Unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and skip delivery from here, get pickup if you have to. Jersey Mike's is better anyways.

I ordered a sandwich wrong, once for pickup, and when my mom nicely called, and we figured out what happened, they came and delivered the correct sandwich free of charge! This restaurant always makes sure their sandwiches are made with care and that they will have loyal and satisfied customers. I have been going here for years!.

The employee passed me to a manager who indicated they did not have tracking details and asked if I checked by the door (of course I did and nobody was ever at my door). In the past this location has been slow (I’ve had orders take an hour) but this is the first time I didn’t get my food.

Normally the food is great, and the delivery’s have been prompt and correct.They completely either forgot my order or sent it to the wrong place. I called in 45 min after the order was “out for delivery” , and the lady who answered said she would track down the driver and call me back. I waited another hour, called back, and the driver answered who told me I was wrong and I needed to check my door. I informed him nicely that I am able to stand on my porch and that there was no order there, the manager picked up the phone, said “she would void my order “ hung up and that was that. My order was never voided, refunded and never received.
