My husband, son and I went in and got sat when the waitress got 3 other customers and was super unorganized, they got their orders first while we had already waited for 20 minutes my husband got upset and we decided to leave and pay for the drinks even thought we didn’t drink them . For 2 adults drinks and a kids it was $15 plus super stale chips . 100/10 wouldn’t recommend.

I'm a huge breakfast burrito fan and I am obsessed! I order the Deluxe Burrito with bacon and it came with potatoes, cheese, green Chile, and 2 over easy eggs. I added their red salsa and it was just the kick I needed! This is a must try! Every time I've gone the service has been great and I love the murals there. They add a really nice touch to the space!
I don’t know if it’s because there’s not set recipes or different cooks, but the Birria tacos/consomme have been inconsistent. And carne asada fries had no sour cream, guac, but instead nacho cheese sauce and shredded lettuce on top. Never in my life have I seen asada fries served like that. Please fix this. I love this place. Get set recipes, because whatever y’all were serving a couple months ago was hell of a lot better quality than what’s being served now.

Run, don’t walk to LoCo Burrito!!!! We finally made it out for our first visit and it did not disappoint!!!The handmade chips were crunchy and salted perfectly. The red salsa had a great balance of tomato, spice and flavor.The birria tacos are insanely good!!! Pro tip — the cilantro and onions are not decorative, put it in the taco!!! The consommé was absolutely delicious and compliments the cilantro and onions!The Alambres was EXCEPTIONAL!!! This is a versatile dish with chunks of asada, pastor, bacon, bell pepper, onion, and a large dose of melted cheese on top. Absolutely delicious!Great experience from start to finish - friendly and fast service. Staff took the time to explain the menu and made fantastic suggestions for our next visit! We found this little place just a couple of weeks ago and we have already been there more than 6 times! Their burritos are truly delicious! We simply can’t get enough! They are the taste of Mexico in Longmont! ♥️♥️♥️Dietary restrictions: I was able to get my burritos gluten free!
I recently moved to the area and haven't been able find a good Mexican place, I've tried several around here... that was until now. I've tried this place a couple times and each time the food and service have been excellent. The place is very clean also. It's hard to find a good clean restaurant with also good prices. I have to mention that they have the best breakfast burritos in Longmont as well, they taste like real homemade authentic Mexican breakfast burritos. I hope they can keep this up!
