This place is legit... He serves baccalà! Vittorio is great and makes some of the best Italian food around. I dare you to find a better meal in a gas station parking lot. Vittorio (soon to be La Licha) shouldn't be just a pit stop, it should be a destination.

This place serves up some seriously good Italian in an unexpected location. I had the pasta carbonara and the flavor and texture were amazing. I also sampled the lasagna and gnocchi and they were fantastic too - with the bechamel sauce a standout on the gnocchi. Looking forward to trying the pizza. We ate at the tables tucked behind the food truck, which mitigated the highway traffic noise. I really appreciated that they served the food on regular plates with real silverware, rather than disposables. Will definitely be back.

The best Italian food I've had since moving to Colorado. We weren't sure it would even be open in the rain, and when we pulled up we were greeted with a smile and encouraged to wait in our car after ordering so we could stay dry. The food was amazing - don't even have a before picture, just the after photo of what we ate because everything was SO good. I am spreading the word with my friends, and will be back again and again.

Real Italian food right by the road. It was delicious. We got lasagna that had a mushroomy cream sauce. The guys there were very nice and got our food ready in minutes.

Masdimo's dishes bring us back to Naples! I had the best veggie lasagna! Hardy veggies with the creamy sauce brought a smile on my face. ? Don't forget the dessert, Tiramisu! Enjoyed delicate flavors folded in it. ❤

Wowowow this was seriously amazing! We came here just seeing an Italian food truck on the side of the road after a hike and we're tired, we ended up coming here 6 times in a two week period it is that good. My date I came with each time has been to Italy 6 times and says it's as authentic as it gets. It's out of this world!! We even took some to go for our drive home the next day knowing it wouldn't be as good sitting in the car for a few hours and it was still better than most Italian I've had. The pasta the pizzas everything here is perfect come and try everything!

This is authentic Italian and the pasta dishes are made with fresh pasta. I got the Pappardelle Tartufo Nero and the Spaghetti Carbonara and a tiramisu for dessert - these dishes reminded me of a previous holiday trip to Italy. Too bad I'm not from Colorado otherwise I would go back to try the rest of the dishes on the menu. You'd be remiss if you did not stop here while staying in Lyons.
