I've lived in Longmont since 2001. This McDonald's location was well-run, and innovative (early adopter of 2 lane drive-through). There's been a noticeable decline in order efficiency the past several years; longer times, incorrect orders. Food quality at pretty much all McDonald's has dropped the past decade.I only eat here when I have no other choice.

It's almost comical how bad this location is at taking orders. I'd say something is wrong over half the time.I've been charged for other people's orders then lied to when I asked if they refunded my card.And this morning I only ordered a large coffee and they got that wrong too.

It is a very good place. The only bad thing that I’m a construction worker. I had to do two things just to get my food I carry cash constantly I had to order in the machine get my ticket and then go pay in the cashier is not beneficial for construction workers, the service is good people are friendly it’s just not beneficial for me. I don’t think I will go here again just for that. I think I would just go to a different McDonald’s across the street or Wendy’s. Besides that good people.
