First time to visit this place, food is really good, quiet clean establishment. Service was good, very friendly server, definitely recommend

The prices have tripled and the pasta sizes have significantly decreased. Food tasted alright, not as good as it use to be and definitely not worth $20 a plate.

Food is great, I love the pizza but have had numerous other dishes that were excellent! Nothing has ever been less than perfect.

Had high hopes for this place but unfortunately the calzone I ordered was a huge disappointment. I’m fine with a place charging $15 for a calzone but at least use ingredients that warrant that. The pineapple was dripping almost as if they just opened a new can. And they added only one slice of Canadian bacon.

Yeah don’t bother coming here. Should have known when it was $28 for a large. Crust tastes like cardboard and had to basically cover it in red pepper to taste anything. Me and my girlfriend took two bites then threw it away. Seriously tastes like school cafeteria pizza. Also who tf made the decision to cut it in squares??? Have they ever had pizza before?

My girlfriend is sensitive to dairy. She told the server and ordered build your own pasta "without any dairy please." The server didn't tell her that the spicy marinara was creme based on the fettucinne and meatballs. My girlfriend knew right away that her pasta had creme in the sauce and verified with the server. Luckily, she ordered meatballs too and asked for a side of marinara to dip the meatballs in since she wasn't going to be able to eat the creamy marinara. The server promptly brought her a side of marinara, but it had grated parmesean cheese on top of it. At this point, my girlfriend was fed up with the inattentiveness of the server and just gave up. She only had a few bites of the meatballs and left the rest for me.One other issue was that I ordered an iced tea at the beginning, and midway through the meal, the server took it to refill it but never returned with it.

To be completely transparent I work here so I am a bit biased but I love you our menu we have great options for Vegetarian and the best Gluten Free crust I've ever had. The atmosphere is lovely and we treat each other like family. We introduce new specials each week, and make a great majority of the menu completely from scratch.

We normally love pizza from this place. However, last night they were really busy and the pizza came out raw and the runny and toppings slid off the pizza. Disappointing.

I've only ordered pick-up from Nicolo's. I've ordered a couple of times. I think once in the summer and once in the winter (today). The food is very delicious and high quaility. Well worth the money. So far I've tried the pesto chicken panini, the Italian potato wedges, and the chicken pesto calzone. The portion sizes were large, I'd say.I also like their to-go packaging. It's all sensible, and preserves the quality of the food. My calzone came in a small pizza box, with a piece of parchment paper under it. I can't remember exactly what the packaging was for my panini and potatoes; but I think the potatoes were wrapped in foil, in their container. The turn around time was pretty quick; and it was very easy to go in and pick it up.I'm totally satisfied with this place, so far.

I love this place. They make great pizza for the savory pizza lovers put there, and have consistently solid service.

This is average at best. I have been on a mission to find some of the best pizza in the north metro area. I saw this as rated the #3 in Longmont on Tripadvisor, and a rare "Chicago-Style" advertisement. We showed up excited for this tasting, and the restaurant decor, for an Italian and pizza place, was pretty bland. The lighting was bright, no care on the tables (no table cloths, much less checkered). There was zero character in this place. Then we got our pizzas. All I can say is it was pretty bland. The crust looked and tasted like it was pre-made crust with no flavor. It was not a reasonable thick Chicago style, rather thinner New York. Either way, we were not impressed with the flavor. I don't understand all of the 5-star reviews . You shouldn't get a trophy for participation. Maybe I'm missing something, but this is not a great pizza in my opinion - just very average. The service was very good, I thought.

Nicolos pizza is a great local option. The pizza is tasty and they make it on time. Save room for a brownie or Blondie for dessert. Look for coupons and specials to save some money.Parking: The parking next to the building can fill up at busy times, but there is plenty across the driveways to the north or east

Highly suggest!!! I had to order catering for a work event (which is challenge with all the food preferences/dietary restrictions) but this pizzeria made it a walk in the park!! They have something for everyone with vegetarian and even vegan options. Our vegan coworker said it was the best vegan pizza they ever had and even took the rest home! Also, the salads here are to die for!! I am usually very skeptical about ordering salads at pizzerias as they tend to be more of a “side” item without much thought put into them, but this was not that case here! I ordered a few salads to share and ate the spinach salad myself. It was so delicious and I would gladly order it again as a meal all on its own! Lastly, the staff here was so kind and patient, making my tax exempt order a walk in the park (all while calling in four separate times to change/make additions to my complicated order). It was perfect! Will be using for catering again.Vegetarian options: Yup! They even have vegan options!Dietary restrictions: Great about customizing orders to fit your needs

Trinity was absolutely amazing! That girl deserves a raise! We came here for one of our random restaurant dates. Food was decent but service was even better. Only reason for 4 stars, we are pretty sure one of their cooks has a shirt full of pet hair. I picked out several hairs and they definitely were from a dog or a cat. Aside from the extra unwanted toppings, it was great! Thank you trinity for your above spectacular service!
