As first time visitors, my family and I were very disappointed in the customer service from the two girl working tonight. They made us feel like we were a huge inconvenience. Both girls barely said anything to any of us. We were clearly not welcome 40 minutes prior to "closing."

Have tried all three sizes of cake; the medium size bundtlet is my favorite because of the frosting to cake ratio (I like frosting)! Chocolate chocolate chip was my favorite flavor, but the white chocolate raspberry was a close second. Ordered a dozen bundtinis for a party online, picked them up curbside, very convenient! Went inside to pick up a complimentary birthday cake for myself and was met by very friendly, helpful staff. Only one GF flavor that I know of. I hope to see more selection soon!

Always the same great quality, it's best if you are doing more than a single cake or 12noack to call ahead. They can do curb side (actually in the parking lot behind the building) delivery. Love the key lime seasonal flavor right now. The new boxes with the polka dots are very festive and great for delivering to an event. I always have to try to keep myself out of their gift section, they have a ton of cute/fun gifts.
There are several choices of bundt and cupcakes. All decorated so nicely and very tasty! Get a batch for the next party or dinner at home. Less work for you and everyone will be happy.

I have been to many different locations and this one was not good. Time management seems to be difficult for them. I walked in the store and had to wait almost 10 to actually see a person. This was after I tried to call someone and two other customers came in the store. Also, the person working took 4 order before preparing the orders. I was prepared to wait but my goodness I could have made my own cake in the time that I was waiting in total.

Came in and there was no one at the counter. After awhile a girl appeared, she helped me and that was all. Surprised I didn't get my bundlet in the bag like all other stores usually do and that they also didn't have any plasticware available either. Overall, the bundt tasted good!
