I asked for a bigger plate (3 items) and no side of rice/noodles ($11.50). I was told to order 3 sides instead at $16+. I said no I would like the bigger plate with no side. She proceeds to tell me I will still pay full price. She clearly wanted me to order 3 sides instead of the bigger plate and gave me super small portions to prove her point. I will stick with going to the Panda on Ken Pratt from now on. This location has about 6 people standing around and no customers in the place at lunch time... you would think customer service would be excellent. Time to get rid of that staff if they want to stay in business.

I ordered 2 bowls and 1 plate online. When I picked up my order they had given us 3 bowls. My husband went inside to see about having his bowl fixed to a plate and one of the ladies who works there told him it's the same thing. Another worker took his bowl, dumped it into a plate while the lady worker told him not to add any more chicken. Again she rudely told him that he's getting the same amount of chicken in a bowl as a plate. So why is there a difference in cost? We will not be going to this Panda again and they do not care. Fine by us.

I have been there 4 times and the customer service from the person in charge (who is the only one that doesn't have name tag) os horrible, at least with me because the way she talks to white people is different, I can wait for the food there without any attention but after a white guy gets there after me he let him know that food was about to come

Every single time I come here I make it clear I want EXTRA sweet and sour, and every single time they give me 1 half full container, no matter the employee, no matter the time. it’s like they train employees to be rude and greedy. Same with the Panda Express off Ken Pratt.

If your associates are gonna have an attitude about door dashers going through the drive thru them don't close the lobby every other day and night, and they could at least be nice about telling you besides some snarky comment and then immediately walking away.

This is the worst Panda Express that I've ever been to, out of the three states that I've lived in. We went through the drive-thru. The guy who helped us seemed to be struggling with taking our order, so another lady rudely took over for him, so we had to repeat our order to her, several times, before she finally understood what we wanted. She spoke little english, so she wasn't any more helpful than the initial guy who started taking our order. They were out of a couple of the side dishes that we wanted, and we didn't want to wait. We ordered two kids meals and a 3 entree plate. Half of our side dishes were unevenly proportioned. I had ordered the beef and broccoli for one of my sides, and I only received two small pieces of beef, and about four pieces of broccoli. Our son got little chicken with his mushroom chicken side. After we went through the drive-thru to get our food, our son have to go to the bathroom, so we took him inside. The lady at the counter didn't give him the correct code to the bathroom door, he says, so I got out of the car to go see what was going on. They could see him walking back and forth, trying to figure out how to get into the bathroom, but they didn't offer to assist him. I came in and asked for the code, and the lady working there was rude in giving it to me.It's no surprise that this location has a 2 star rating on Google. If the owner cares about reading this, I'm writing a review about my experience on October 15th of at 11:30 a m.. Do better.

Forgot to take a pic I've always liked the food but today not so much the Kung pow chicken was rubber like it didn't taste right it was also drenched in alot of oil as it tasted mostly like it "oil". And there was no fortune cookie, and they kept asking a couple of different times if I wanted to donate my money. I don't like pushy it's not becoming I would recommend I just won't eat Kung pow any more from here also ordered the crab cheese Rangoon not to bad but also very greasy tasting I've had better.
