Stopped in with a friend for lunch. Green chilie burger was bland stale bun (not even toasted). Had two green chilies on it that were more than likely canned. Hamburger was over cooked and had no flavor whatsoever. Thank goodness the fries were good cause I was hungry. Never again ?

Enchiladas Rancheras are the best I’ve ever had. Santa Fe is my favorite breakfast spot in Longmont.

Great place to get some very good food. I tried the menudo and it was a little expensive for what you get but everything else I’ve had here is top notch.

Very good food, really close to food from New Mexico. Will return soon because the service is great. Small restaurant but delicious

This review is only for the foiled wrapped breakfast burritos to go.Glad to see this place reopen. As someone that prefers green chile in my breakfast burrito, this is fighting to be the best tinfoil wrapped breakfast burrito to go in Longmont. I'd say the best when prices is factored in. (Josie's tacos is very close and if you like saltier flavors that is the one to get.) My employees & customers get most excited for this one on Breakfast Burrito Day.The burrito is a superior version of a more well known breakfast burrito place down the street, which tends to burn the eggs. The SF 2.0 green chile sauce and tortilla are also a notch up from that place.

*****Snide uppity New Mexican review warning*****Obviously, I'm from NM. The land, the STATE, that invented the dang breakfast burrito (Look it up). So when I had been told that this place had New Mexico level breakfast burrito's, HO BOY was I excited.Nothing is quite as disappointing as biting into a skinny, bland, ridiculous excuse of a burrito that is a staple of nearly every restaurant in Colorado. I won't mention any names *cough* Santiago's *cough*. Anyway, back to this burrito. It had some heft to it. It's a one and done burrito like a breakfast burrito should be. Perfectly cooked eggs, good bacon, the potatoes were nothing special but they didn't take away from it. There was a distinct lack of any internal chili and that is where many fail. Even when they don't fail though, they don't do it right.CHOPPED ROASTED GREEN CHILE! That's what goes in a "NEW MEXICO" breakfast burrito. Not this green chile stew they slather every burrito in, chopped. roasted. green chilies. It's still a great burrito though, far better than you will find from a majority of burrito peddlers here in Colorado.Highly recommend because the rest of their menu is also pretty decent.

Below mediocre. Great service. What I'm saying is constructive criticism bc I wish them to succeed. Potatoes weren't crispy. Home-frie Potatoes need to have a crispness to the outside. Eggs were slightly burnt. Coffee watered down. Salsa on the omelette was good but it wasn't enough. It absorbed into the dish instead of having sauce to dip in to. Definitely a "I should've ate at home" experience.

For $4.75, I obtained a breakfast burrito with sausage. The size of the burrito I received was a pleasant surprise, almost larger than my hand. Close to three times the size of a Santiago's burrito. Definitely a meal by itself. A tasty meal.Im not normally a fan of sausage, that was the meat of the day, and I appreciate the simplicity. Plus it was seasoned really well and didn't have that greasy taste. The eggs were fluffy and the cheese was melty, well balanced and assembled to create a consistent taste then I found quite enjoyable.
