I am very impressed with this store. Everything was clean and on its place. The veggies and meat and everything were stocked and looked delicious. Then I was greeted. Clay welcomed me and asked how many sandwiches, he was very knowledgeable about the sandwiches. For so many years I've gotten spicy Italian, but don't like the ham and he suggested a different one that had exactly what I wanted. He made sure my sandwich was made just how I wanted. All while being polite and funny! As well as training a new employee. I got my sandwich and some cookies and was ready to go. Nika rang me up and made sure I was taken care of. She was very sweet. I chatted with the whole crew for a bit while I waited for my ride. Even while I sat in the store and enjoyed my delicious dinner they continued to impress with their professional attitudes, and making sure to keep on top of everything.. I will definitely be coming back. My son does jujitsu around the corner and I usually have to wait for a ride afterwards, this might be my spot to wait, especially with the weather getting colder, and those cookies being warm. Very impressive. Best subway I've been to.

Went in to this subway as a regular customer the two girls who were working didn’t even acknowledge the fact that I was there until I spoke first, then while making the sandwich they just threw items on with no sense of making it look appealing, a guy walked in behind us and they were all about him and greeting him and joking with him, got down to the vegetable table the lettuce was brown and needed to be thrown out, the girl checking us out acted as if it was an inconvenience to be doing her job. I understand dealing with the public all day is tiring but if your going to work in customer service at least take pride in it.

This place is the worst. Take your money across the street to Jimmy John’s. I ordered online; they used the wrong bread, left out the meat & mayo. Didn’t give me my chips. This place is a disaster , Stay away. Go next door to the gas station quickie mart for a sandwich off the shelf.
The subway on 17th and Pace is an absolute disgrace. . Literally every single time the past five times I've gone in they are out of food, out of employees, credit card machine doesn't work, or some other issue. Management must be asleep at the wheel or they are hiring the most incompetent people they can possibly find.
