I had the tacos al pastor and tripita. Both were awesome. The al pastor had a hint of the pineapple sweetness! The only thing I would change is the salsa. It was ok. Add a salsa guacamole.

Went there for tacos Saturday night. I got very sick. I was throwing up green and yellow until today(11/30/2022). And found hair in my food. Probably the grossest food truck I've eaten from in longmont. Never going there again. Wasn't wroth the 30 dollars.
I am Mexican who is on vacation in Longmont and I can tell you that this place sells food with Mexican flavor and cuisine (NOT TEX-MEX!) which was a pleasant surprise for me since I have found places that only have Mexican name. My friend and I ate Consome con carne (Birria), carnitas cake, as well as asada and chicken tacos; Everything tasted good, the service was excellent (they were very friendly) and I think the price is between or below US standards. Highly recommended place!PS: I don't know if they had them since I didn't realize, but to improve they should offer a little chili and chopped onion to put in the birria.Parking: They are set up in the parking lot of a liquor store and have at least 7 car spaces.

Hands down the best tacos I’ve ever had. I was on my lunch break and needed to grab something and go. So glad I decided to stop here, the Al Pastor tacos are out of this world. I will definitely be back.
