Some of the best Mexican food in Longmont. Sadly, finding out when they will actually be open is where the frustrations begin. Not sure what is going on, but they are regularly not open during the normal hours. Maybe 1 in 5 times I go by it will actually be open. I feel like I have wasted enough time seeing if they are open. Please update your open hours or close.

Love, love, love Las Palmaras. The location on south Main is my favorite Mexican food restaurant and you know I'm serious about my Mexican food. This location is more of a quality food fast location with a dining in option. You can also choose your heat level of green chile.Had the chile rellano burrito with medium green chile. Spicy but not to hot, crispy rellano, very good.

Exactly what you want from a Mexican restaurant. Order at the counter, find a seat, and wait for your order to be called which is quick and delicious. The green chile is vegetarian, but the beans are not (cooked with lard.) Would be great if they offered vegetarian whole beans or made their refried beans without lard. So had the cheese and onion enchiladas and the green chile with tortillas. Craving it almost every day now.

Absolutely the BEST AUTHENTIC MEXICAN food in COLORADO!! This place is great, I’ve been coming here since they opened and I drive all the time from Denver to come here. The owners are great and care about their customers and their food is fantastic. Would recommend this to everyone!!
This spot is awesome! Definitely the best in the area. We live in Denver and make sure to stop here whenever we're up north. Awesome green chili, homemade tortillas and great selections. Love the breakfast burritos and giant lunch burritos with a little green chili added. Highly recommend!

Best breakfast burrito in town in my opinion! Service is quick. The tortilla is fresh, soft, and chewy. The medium is fairly spicy to me, so I tend to opt for the mild.

DELICIOUS, hot, fresh, authentic Mexican food at an incredible price! This places never fails, and the meals are always perfectly made. Highly recommend anything on the menu. The green chili and meat by the pound is to die for- perfect for a family dinner night, or meal prep for the week! Everything tastes homemade and you can taste that it is made with all the love. I've had smothered breakfast bacon burrito, it had no cheese, no flafor, no onions,and no tomatoes. I had to add my own cheese, onions, tomatoes and lettuce. I'm very disappointed if i would want a regular egg and bacon burrito with nothing in it , only just plain flavor ,i would do it at home myself. It had nothing to do with Mexican food. Sorry, but this place is no Go for me.
