Ordered two appetizers and two entrees and unfortunately all missed the mark. Edamame was cold and hard. Crab rangoons were too heavy on the dairy. The salmon teriyaki was a terrible piece of salmon - a very low quality patty that was overcooked and dry. The veggie mix was underwhelming in freshness and taste. The tofu teriyaki was similarly disappointing.Service was at the level of a fast food restaurant.One other thing - even though we ate in everything was in loads of heavy plastic containers. Super eco unfriendly.

I saw one of these on a trip to Texas and wished we had one nearby. Lo and behold about six months later they opened this location. So much better than fast food fare, and they are fast,Wheelchair accessibility: Straight in front the spots in front.

The vast majority of the experiences I've had with Teriyaki Madness have been delivery; there was a period of time where we seemed to be ordering it for dinner like 2 or 3 times per week during a short stint we were living in an apartment after selling our home and never felt like cooking lol. Delivery was always on point and I became obsessed with their spicy teriyaki chicken bowls. I moved to Erie about a year ago and learned that there was a physical location only like 10 minutes from where I live, so you best believe that we've hit this place up pretty regularly while out and about on some weekends! I've only dined in at the location off I-25 near the American Furniture Warehouse, but each visit has been pretty consistent. The staff have always been really friendly and the food is always steaming hot when brought to the table. Service is very fast and the food is great! Chicken has always been cooked well and seasoned/sauced perfectly, veggies are always fresh and crisp (though I could always use more in my bowls), and the rice has never been over or undercooked. Just overall super fresh and delicious. I used to get the regular sized bowls, but have since scaled back to the junior size, as the portions are pretty large (not complaining!!). Price point is very reasonable, too, considering the amount of food you get. Now all I need to do is work my way through the rest of the menu...

Tried Teriyaki Madness for the first time today, it was phenomenal! The food was fresh, hot, and tasted wonderful! The staff was super efficient and friendly and handled the lunch rush gracefully, and the restaurant was spotless. I was having trouble with my payment (Google Pay) loading on my phone and they were so helpful! I definitely recommend this location and WILL be back! Thanks for a great experience guys!Vegetarian options: Everything can be ordered sans meat
