Didn’t even get my hungry family into the restaurant before the rude employee behind the counter looks up and rudely states if were not here for a pick up order it will be a minimum of an hour wait, then proceeded to go back into the back. At what point are all the fast food hell holes going to realize they need to cater to the people that are in person as we aren’t the lazy ones out living in their parents basements and living off door dash orders. If a paying customer walks in you greet them with a smile, takes their order and get them in and out, door dash/ on line orders should be filled in between the in persons guest or have we all forgotten how to be hospitable to our guest. Will never go back. This is the 2nd bad experience at this location. FAFO,

As someone who’s worked in the food industry there’s a couple huge no’s. One of which is don’t be rude to customers! My boyfriend and I didn’t even walk into the building and we see one of the workers in the back aggressively roll their eyes. I understand places are busy and it can get overwhelming sometimes but I truly feel that what she did was just so unnecessary. We ended up leaving. Don’t think I’ll come back to this location

1:20 pm nov 19th 2023ordered chicken sandwich combo with Cajun fries. Last week I did the same order and it was 9.30 when it was on special it was 8$ ordered it this week and was charged an extra 3$ cause the fries was Voodoo. 8$ meal now cost 11.93. The sandwich is made completely wrong and the manager said that it is as is… refused to fix the order. I will not be back.

I placed a pickup order today for 3 chicken sandwiches. Took 1 bite and opened up the top bun to add ranch into my sandwich, I spit my food right out! Found a bug fried into my sandwich. Unbelievable! I called the restaurant and the manager wasn't even concerned.
