They got upset we came in half an hour before closing, had an attitude, and when I asked if I close purchase cookies they were going to put up, they said the cookies wouldn't be ready until closing time. Then they asked for tip lol but at least they get extra time to eat those cookies since they closed 25 min early. :)

Subway doesn't recycle... all those plastic bottles off to the landfill. Not good. This shop is decent. Sandwiches are usually good. The staff turns over a bit like any place.. some are conscientious about how they make a sandwich, and others slap it together like they don't care. Some a friendly and others not.

I was on a work brake when i found this subway. I'm a long time Subway customer sandwiches are always great. However at this location the customer service was shady. Maria was helping me doing a great job with my steak breakfast sandwich as i asked for extra steak on my breakfast sandwich i was rudely interrupted and told there is no extra meat on breakfast sandwiches. The manger (white women) reached into my sandwich with her gloves scooping out my extra steak from my already made breakfast sandwich. She dropped one of the eggs from my sandwich on the floor. The manager then picked up the egg put in to the trash. However using same gloves from the egg on the floor put extra meat from breakfast sandwich back in serving container . I would not order breakfast or any sandwich at this location durning morning hours. This was very unsanitary and unnecessary. Needless to say i threw my breakfast sandwich away that morning 5/24

Came here for breakfast, witnessed two employees preparing food without washing hands or wearing gloves. That's a serious health violation! Won't return. Dirty,Dirty, Dirty Subway!

Subs here are good quality and fresh. This subway does a great job at keeping the lobby clean. Only minor issue I had was the manager was pretty crabby and complaining to her staff which was a bit unprofessional. Maybe she was just having a bad day. Nothing that can't be easily fixed. I got my food, and was satisfied with it, so I moved on with my day.

Have to say that the crew that works on Tuesdays are so friendly, personable, and make very good sandwiches. My roast beef sandwich was made to perfection. Not to mention I love walking in on the football conversations love it! Jen, Hannah , and Daniel thanks for being at this Subway. I hope they get recognized for such great customer service they give to us customers.The store is super clean, smells great, I don’t worry about cleanliness at this subway I always see someone cleaning something and never standing around. The restrooms are even clean… #localguide

When there is a line and customers waiting with only one employee helping customers (and doing a good job)…. and another employee just staying in back of the store prepping things…ignoring the line of customers waiting for service, it comes across as pretty rude and not caring too much about customer service for that employee who seems to refuse to come out and help. I’ve seen this multiple times at this location. It’s very odd, and always the same employee who seems to refuse to come out and help.

My son loves Subway. There was a time when the quality of their product was worse. I feel like the quality of their product is better now. However, today I had a bad customer service experience with a lady with long brown hair that works there. The door says 9:00 a.m. opening but there's another sign on the upper left hand side of the glass window that has different hours. I just suggested to her that maybe they put the new hours over the old hours because it was confusing. Another customer came in after me and actually said the same thing. When I was leaving the long haired lady followed me out and said, "Look!" and pointed to the sign so I showed her the sign I was talking about. She turned around and walked in and as the door was shutting said, "that's why we have UPDATED hours". I just felt like it was a poor experience just because of customer service. She was also a very rude to another young man that worked there and before the conversation with her I almost said something to her about the way she was treating him. Maybe it was a busy morning or she felt overwhelmed, but if I witness it again I will say something.

I ordered 20 egg sandwiches to give to the police officers working the Boulder County fire.The owner kindly wrapped our 20 sandwiches in half giving us 40 sandwiches plus giving us an extra 3 sandwiches .They bent over backwards to accommodate us.
