The food is really good- I had the mushroom empanada and a chicken empanada that had green olives mixed in--very yummy! There is a good selection of both meat and vegetarian options. The parking is a little hard to see right away. It's just east of the restaurant. Very worth the trip from Boulder!Vegetarian options: I tried the mushroom empanada and it was very good. There are also several other vegetarian options available.
The spinach and cheese one is my fave! I’m so happy we found this place that close to Broomfield. They have such a great range and different flavors to choose from. The choriqueso was a fave too! Please go try this place out and support a local business!

Honestly, this was the first empanada I've ever had and it did not let me down. It was SO DELICIOUS!!! I've heard a lot about this new place since working nearby and I couldn't wait to check it out. I went for lunch today and got the spicy barbecue chicken. Not only was the lady working more the welcoming she was AWESOME at explaining what she had on the menu since I had no idea about it! 100 percent go back!!!
