The hotel is clean, has great amenities, great breakfast, an outstanding pool, beautiful outdoor courtyard, and is conveniently located and surrounded by great restaurants, and the staff were all exceptional! Tammie at the front desk was always so helpful and nice and the gentleman, who had actually just started working at the café, was so nice and had outstanding customer service. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms, especially the one with the balcony, were so warm and inviting! We highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely return.

During our recent stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Boulder Broomfield, we were delighted by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, along with the hotel's outstanding cleanliness. This establishment truly exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and a level of professionalism that made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Their attentiveness to our needs and friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. It was evident that the staff takes pride in providing top-notch service to every guest. The hotel's cleanliness was exceptional, leaving no room for any concerns. Every area, from the lobby to the rooms, was spotless and well-maintained. This attention to detail enhanced our comfort and showcased the hotel's commitment to providing a hygienic environment for its guests. We must give special recognition to Madison, a hotel staff member, for her outstanding service. As we were in town due to my daughter's relocation, Madison went above and beyond to assist us. She not only recommended fantastic local restaurants but also took the time to provide invaluable guidance on potential housing options in the area. Madison's exceptional customer service skills and genuine interest in ensuring our satisfaction made her an invaluable asset. In conclusion, we highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott Boulder Broomfield. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff create a welcoming ambiance, and the hotel's commitment to cleanliness is exemplary. Our experience was further enhanced by the exceptional service provided by Madison, whose dedication and assistance significantly impacted our stay. She is undoubtedly a 5-star employee, and her excellent customer service skills should be celebrated. We highly recommend choosing this hotel for an unforgettable experience if you're visiting the area.

Although I have stayed at this Courtyard before (and unfortunately, since), my recent experience has prompted me to leave a dismal review. The room had a significant (cigarette?) smoke smell that was so strong it left me with a sore throat that didn't go away for days. I complained to the management upon checkout and never received a response until two weeks afterwards, an email from the assistant manager saying it was a mechanical problem. The lack of customer service was astonishing for a Marriott property, and the fact that the management blew off my complaint is not only surprising but also convinces me that this is not a property that should be recommended to anyone.

# 1 importance to me when staying anywhere, is a good night's sleep. The mattresses were sooooo comfortable and decent pillows too. Clean rooms, and #2 is great shower head pressure, which was excellent. The showers have safety handrails and a nubby bottom to the tub for extra no-slip support. We also liked the staff... friendly and helpful. This hotel's location was perfect!! Equidistant from Boulder & Denver. We visited: Morrison, Colorado Springs, Lakewood, Golden, Boulder, Estes Park and Greenwood all in 5 days... getting back to our hotel with ease each time. It's right off of Route 36 (Denver-Boulder Tpke)

The Courtyard by Marriott model is pretty uniform and usually comfortable. Usually. Upside: The staff was nice and the room was spacious and comfortable. The desk is large. Why I'd be disinclined to return: the bed was too soft and the pillows unacceptably mushy (even after asking for a firm pillow.) No USB ports. The in-room coffee machines are just weak and the powdered coffee-whitener does not cut it. There is no coffee in the lobby. There are other chains of similar quality that are just more comfortable for a traveler.

Great hotel with great service! We originally were checked into the wrong room, but the front desk lady took care of fixing things right away. The hotel is undergoing renovations so there’s some evidence of that but nothing that’s problematic for guests. We really really loved the location which is PERFECT! Easy to get to Boulder and to get a nice dinner nearby. Thank you so much for making our trip great!

Unsafe... Needs a visit from OSHA and the Fire Marshall. No parking due to construction, The parking lot has a sinkhole that is over 18 inches deep with no barricade, good luck finding the entry to the hotel, look for the spray painted entry sign around the back of the hotel near the pool. The only public bathroom on the main floor is in the dirty employee break room, when you come down the hallway and try to exit the building to the parking lot that is not under construction the exit door is locked due to construction, that's what they call a fire hazard. Our room had been freshly remodeled, with an air conditioner that did not work, we slept with the window open. We were scheduled for a 2 night stay, and at check in tried to cancel our second night, and we were rudely told we would not receive a refund....no cancelation. Unfortunately this is my first bad stay at a Marriot branded hotel, and it will be my last I would much rather give my money to one of their competitors.

We were booked for the Residence Inn but because it was under construction they moved us here. This hotel was very nice and the updated room we had plus the updated lobby were very nice. They were still working on the hotel and it was a pain going in the back but the noise was not too bad. I think it will be really nice when they are finished. When we first got there I had to wait about 10 minutes before a clerk showed up. Also they had just opened the Bistro so it did not have all the items on the meun.

If anyone saw this hotel, they would never book it. Total dump. Active construction site. Booked on Priceline. Never again am I going to use Priceline. Nice front desk staff, . Everything else is horrible. Total dump of a hotel. Never use Priceline. Never use Priceline last minute deals. Not even a bathtub or linings in the trashcan.

They don’t tell you the entire property is a mess Loud - 7-day/week construction Exterior is under construction - it has no actual entrance, you’re walking over construction materials Dusty Rooms are new but uncompleted Service is spotty They’re not ready for guests

Been here before. Great location but this visit was disappointing as the hotel is under construction and we were not warned. The renovation to rooms is supposedly complete but room is missing closet doors and some lighting. Maid service is by request and slow to respond. New light switches are motion sensors and cannot be overridden resulting in lights popping on in the middle of the night. Annoying! Courtyard area is bare. Entrance is a construction zone. Parking lot torn up. Bistro only open for breakfast despite ad in elevator. Feel for staff. Friendly but they can’t really help. When work is done and light switches corrected I would recommend as best is great, hotel is quiet and location is perfect.

We mainly just came here to get a quick bite to eat after checking out of the Marriot Hotel. I loved the Grilled Cheese and the dipping sauce was like a zesty, tangy sauce that gave my Grilled Cheese a shake! This bistro has more variety than most, but it is still quite limited. However, the quality is exceptionally good. There is a server, Mike, who has been there for sooo long which he is sweet and a warm conversation. I wasn't too interested in the full menu, just Grilled Cheese is my go-to. Nick got a burger nothing too deep into it. I liked it because it was convenient place to stop by!

Overly priced, poorly prepared food for a hotel location. We had breakfast, take the time to visit other places in the vicinity.

The Bistro in the Marriott Courtyard Hotel by the Denver Airport has a great selection of food at pretty reasonable prices. I ordered the chicken pot pie and it was amazing. It had a nice flaky browned to perfection crust on top. The inside was filled with carrots, chicken, mushrooms and peas in a nice thick creamy sauce. It also came with a side of salad greens light topped with a vinaigrette. I loved it! In addition to the food selection is a wide beer and cocktail menu plus the decor couldn't be more inviting.
