The Waterloo was the only restaurant open during the last large snow storm and we were not disappointed. Their cocktails and general alcohol selection are great, the staff are amazing and fun, and the Johnny Cash theme is iconic. I love the Loo and LOOk forward to going back...very soon!!
Our party of 7 was seated promptly and greeted quickly. Jacob and Stephanie took great care of us. Food came out quickly. Everyone enjoyed their food. Cute place with lots of Johnny Cash memorabilia. Definitely will come back.

I've noticed the food here slowly getting worse over time, along with the cocktails. The fried pickles (which used to be amazing) are over-fried and stale, as if they've been sitting for an hour before serving. I got the turkey club which came served on dry white bread. Not even toasted (who doesn't toast the bread on a hot sandwich? Even Subway does that), and the chips with the grilled avocado were all stale.
