BUYER BEWARE! They will rob you. You order online and the shake machine is broken and "there is nothing they can do about it because you ordered online". Garbage customer service and not even an apology or refused to refund or give something else as a replacement. Deserves to be out of business for treating customers this way.

The fries were under cooked, and old, cold. The burger was under cooked. Absolutely disgusting. Went in trash. Lost money. The girl cooking ruined my food. The food was unacceptable that's why it's getting so harsh a rating.

SKIP IT!For a slow BK, there's always something wrong. The Coke Machine is broken or out of products, the wait is long, there's not enough employees, the burgers are over LOADED with ketchup and mustard so it drips all over, buns are stale. I've lost hope for this location. It'll be closing soon, I'm sure!The location diagonally across the street states at the drive up, "we are short help today, so it may be a while to get your food". Ummmm ok, thanks.Guess I'll go to Mc D

Went to get something to eat after shopping at Walmart. 2 employees were just sitting in the back. There was NO ONE in line or eating there. They clearly saw me come up to the counter and look at the menu. After waiting a few minutes the 2 employees just stayed sitting in the back watching me, never coming up to the counter. I just turned around and walked away. This is not the first time they've done this but it will be the last time I try ordering at this location. Horrible (no) service!

They refused to serve us because I wanted a burger with no bun. Said they could not accommodate such a request because they didn't have the right containers and refused to put it in anything else. Terrible service. Go two blocks down to the free-standing one.

Got food and everything was wrong. Went back and the manager acted like it was my fault . Very RUDE will never go BACK , they can't even cook pre cooked burgers vert SAD !!!!!!!

We used to love going to Burger King, not as of late though. On a trip about a month ago or so, we placed a decent sized to go order. We got home, and started handing out food to the family. We realized we were missing 2 pies. We tried to call the store, no one answered. I tried reaching out via social media, and someone said they'd get back to me, yet nothing.I know it's not a huge deal, a couple of the hershey pies are cheap, and meaningless, but technically it's as if this store stole that money from me, and they have not addressed this. As a result, and until it's addressed, I will not return to this Burger King nor any other. Aside from this review, I do intend to reach out via a letter to corporate, but do any of these companies even care anymore? Maybe not. It's too bad, I do like the flame broiled burger.

My husband and I both got a bacon cheeseburger. Maaaaaaaaaan! The burgers looked JUST like the picture and the food was GOOD! The manager took pride into making that food. She was kind and holding it down by herself. I thanked her for craftsmanship. It's hard to find people who take their jobs seriously in fast food but, baby girl snapped!
The old middle age female with her hair up and glasses was extremely rude yesterday evening. I literally ask a question and for help and she says with a bad attitude "I heard you, hold on, that other person already first" (when they were standing on the side...). There was not a line formed. There were people standing on the sides... how was I supposed to know? Another male employee tall with long hair, was nicer and more helpful but when he forgot to give me a drink carrier and waited a few minutes, I asked the cranky female for one and she with an attitude said to wait. She even looked at me badly too. When I got my drink carrier and was getting ready to leave, I noticed how she was completely nice to the other employees that worked in this walmart.... horrible treatment! She was very rude and unprofessional. I will be reporting her to her manager if I don't hear anything back from this soon.
