Our fried zucchini, fries and burgers were delicious!! Taylor was at the drive up window and provided service with a smile and the person who brought our food out was friendly.

I drive for a living, and have always loved Carl's Jr. If I could rank them for customer service, I think Loveland would come first, Fort Collins second, Cheyenne third, and the rest along NOCO feel much more corporate but still good. I only have one complaint... PLEASE bring back the Pastrami Burger!

Tonight my family and I will go without eating. I ordered using the Carl's Jr's website. My order was paid, I received an email confirmation. When I went to pick up my order at this location I was told no order had come through and they couldn't help me. I showed them my order confirmation and receipt but they said there is no way for them to verify this. They said this is a known issue but corporate refuses to listen or fix the problem.
Ordered a burger combo with and extra burger patty and bacon. Thats all I got, 2 burger patties and bacon. No condiments no cheese no tomato no lettuce. I tried to make the best of it by adding my own stuff at home but the burger patties were inedible. Very disappointed for a $13 burger

This place is alright. They have always had good burgers. I'd have to say, There bathrooms are very nasty. I don't recommend using their restroom. I ordered a single cheeseburger with tomato, mustard, and pickles. It's a good thing that I opened my cheeseburger to put mustard on it and they forgot to put a tomato. I'm glad I looked cause we were just going to take it home and eat. These days a tomato from any fast food place isn't cheap!The place wasn't busy at all. For them not being busy I don't think there's any excuses for a bathroom to be so nasty!!
This particular Carl's Jr. goes out of it's way to support the community. I while volunteering to assist a bunch of great kids was able to enjoy a great cheeseburger. Thank you Carl's Jr. for your excellent food and support of the community.

The food was hot and fresh. It's the best Carl's Jr. I've had in a long time. I don't care for the booths. I prefer a table with chairs as I have disabilities that make it easier to use chair. However there is only 1 table that offers this and it was very dirty.

If one more cashier at this restaurant tells me the bbq sauce in the western is the same as the bbq in the cups I’m going to throw it at them!!! Read your own menu they are not the same!!!!
