I've been eating Chipotle at that location for two years now. The manager is too young to do her job right. Usually they were good but they hired a bunch of people with poor customer service which make me feel they would not prepare the food correctly either. I stopped going because I ordered the same thing two days in a row and the price was different. I didn't complain I just don't ever eat at that location or I would go up the road to QDOBA which has better food anyways.

Terrible service. The GM is extremely rude and tried to skip on every item and then charge extra Because I wanted it on the side because she kept messing it up! Terrible, terrible leadership and terrible, impressively bad service, Some serious training is needed.

I just spent $85 to feed my family 2 burritos and 2 bowls and it was terrible. Are they even trying? The rice and chicken was old and cold. The beans were hard. It was just slopped on and not even a full portion. Terribly disappointed and I wont do business here again.
To put it simply, this place is not consistent. You’ll experience great service and food one day, and the next you’ll get terrible service and mediocre food. I get it, it’s a horrible job dealing with picky, self entitled people all day, but put some passion into what you do.

I've found they're usually understaffed (sometimes extremely) but despite that it seems to be a good atmosphere and the food is always good- if you don't mind the occasional wait it's certainly a good place to stop.Dietary restrictions: You build your own food, dietary restrictions should be easy to deal with- but beware cross contamination as it is difficult in any food service scenario to fully cater to food allergies.

Came in Nov 2nd at 7pm for dinner. They were out of food items such as white rice, cheese, lettuce and mild salsa. Staff seemed busy but apologetic.Seems there might be a management problem. How can you be out of cheese? There is a grocery store across the street.I used to work at chipotle in high school, I get it… but worst chipotle experience in years. I’m not meaning to complain just felt like someone should know. Staff seemed friendly but overall two thumbs down.

Stopped in for dinner today, at 5:30-6 PM there was only 1 other patron in the store. They didn’t have any sour cream, didn’t have enough Carne Asada for a meal. Still served a bowl short they added a huge lump of Guacamole. I will not be back!

To all the "little burrito syndrome" comments on here... dont hate cause u aint!!!.. check out a real mans flex burrito.... they did a great job making a double meat for me... friendly and fast.. Thanks Chipotle!!!
