Ordered delivery for dinner and ended up feeding most of the food to the dog. I got the 3 meat combo with pulled pork, brisket, and ribs. All the meat was so dry I could barely eat any of it. The ribs were cooked to nothing. Barely even any meat on them. Brisket was so dry and crunchy it was almost like it was deep fried. Mac and cheese was mushy. Beans had no flavor. Waste of money and I won't be ordering from here again.

Guy behind the counter was cool. Helped me find what I wanted on menu. Got burnt ends and a couple sides.Meat was dry. Almost inedible. Not well flavored. The sauce area is two hot food trays that keep bubbling hot bbq sauce. Neither of the sauces is very good. The Mac and cheese was nasty. And the biscuit was old and stale. Mo honey, just honey style corn syrup.Clean inside and nicely decorated but the food was just awful.

I ordered from Uber eats and expected to get Texas toast with the order since it was advertised. Well it didn't happen. I got a roll and when I enquired was told I need to place it in special requests on the order. Hind sight is useful when it's not... But the app says and displays Texas toast with the rib plate. Other than that the ribs were good.

Dickey's catered a large corporate holiday party for over 150 people at my facility. The food arrived early/on-time, and the driver helped bring everything in and also set everything up for me. The food was nice and hot, and the employees said the portions were very generous. I would definitely order catering from Dickey's again in the future.

Service has gone downhill the mangers are rude and snippy and of course the drunk guy still works here. Last time I was here he was talking to minors about what he called a bible but his way to pick up chicks and all I can say is it was revolting hearing it in what's supposed to be a restaurant.
