Not your standard sub shop. Subs with chicken strips, cheese sticks, french fries and honey mustard. You understand the name, fat shack. The hot wings were good , definitely a buy on half price Tuesday if I remember correctly. Also you can't forget the fried desserts, Oreos, cheesecake bits, and brownie bites. All three are great but my favorite is the cheesecake.

Read literally any 3 of my hundreds of restaurant reviews, and you'll know I'm not averse to fatty food. Let's get this over with: my Fat Shack sandwich was perhaps the worst sandwich I've ever had. Fat Shack is proud of their Shark Tank association; I read without surprise that Mark Cuban was the one who invested. Halfway though the meal, our opinion was just the opposite. My wife and I ordered a "Munchie Madness Platter" ($18) - mac-n-cheese bites, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, chicken fingers - and everything, including the sauces, was good! That was the high water mark. One bite into my half of the Fat Chance sandwich ($17), and my opinion of Fat Shack started falling like a rock. Soggy, greasy french fries for filler. Plenty of dried-out bread in every bite - that is, except for the outside, which was completely covered in sauce, making the edges soggy. Chicken fingers that didn't seem to belong there at all (live and learn). A single bite where I tasted the jalapeno popper. I was fine with the cheesesteak, but my wife thought it was awful. I ate most of my half of the sandwich, but felt disgusted for hours. Take this to the bank: I will never eat another Fat Shack sandwich. Finally: I know it' has been normalized, but that doesn't make it right to ask for a tip before any service has been provided. It's a total hostage situation. Did my refusal to participate result in a shoddy sandwich? Sadly, that's the best-case scenario. Otherwise, Fat Shack is doomed, because one the newness wears off, they'll still be serving remarkably bad sandwiches.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Three of us went in and both of my friends got their orders after about 25 minutes. I patiently waited for mine (even though we were the only ones in there) but after 45 minutes went by I finally just asked for a refund. I ordered 3 tenders and funnel cakes bites and I could understand if they were busy however, that wasn’t the case. 10/10 will not return to this location.

Skimpy chicken wings for 10 bucks is a HUGE rip off not worth it, and then the cashier said the onion rings is only a couple of dollars to add, cough cough more like 10 dollars, major rip off.

Wow! This place exceeded my expectations. The food was great but the staff were so patient, kind, helpful and made our experience so nice. Lance was exceptional and made sure our order was just right. Our meal made by Jacob was excellent. I would definitely eat here again. And kudos to the staff-it’s nice to know good customer service still exists!

Our favorite was the buffalo wings, the mozzarella sticks and the Mac n cheese bites. Customer service was great. The 2 guys were really friends and brought our food out to us as it was cooked so everything was hot and fresh. We’ll definitely be coming back!

So good! It was my husband and my first time here and we're not disappointed. We got a little spread so we could try everything. Our favorite was the buffalo wings, the mozzarella sticks and the Mac n cheese bites. Customer service was great. The 2 guys were really friends and brought our food out to us as it was cooked so everything was hot and fresh. We ended up sharing an Oreo shake and again was not disappointed. We'll definitely be coming back!

I had my order on Door dash made wrong for the second time in a row. Once before temporary closing and once afterwards. I ordered a full size sandwich and I got a half size both times around. I really liked these sandwiches, but now I'm spending over $20 to get a small sandwich that doesn't do much for me. My add-ons were also missing both times. I'm frustrated that this keeps happening here. Good food but if I keep getting half of my order it's definitely not worth it.
Food was okay. Everything is too expensive anymore. And, everyone wants a tip. Colorado is now California 2.0.
